Customer service here was not great. I purchased a hp laptop here and had the store order the laptop from big flats. When I went in for pick up, they told me the shipment got delayed and they«forgot» to send me the email telling me it was delayed. When I checked my email, the email said the new date that I can pick up it up on was three days before the first pick up date. I called customer service and they seemed like they didn’t know what they were talking about

Just wasted an hour there. I paid for a replacement plan that no longer exist because Apple purchased Beats. The system doesn’t know how to accept it. While the customer service representatives were very good and apologetic, no one could help me. I really appreciate their efforts Michelle and Deb but I left very unsatisfied with no new earphones and I paid for a plan to have them replaced. Just a waste of money.

Don’t get a new cell phone here, shady sons of beaches will tell you anything to make a sale, mainly the guy in charge… Ugh

Shockingly the only Best Buy within a 30 mile radius. It’s appropriately sized for the Ithaca/Tompkins County area, not large but comprehensive enough for the local market. Important: buyers beware, they do not sell Apple computers or laptops here! All in all, the store layout is organized for easy navigation and there are dozens of sales associates willing to offer assistance… sometimes they can be annoying like roaches.
