Same experience as previous comment. I hired them to do a proposal for landscaping at my house, which is about 5 minutes from their nursery. They took forever to put an incomplete proposal together, and then I never heard back from them again. I guess they aren’t looking for new business! I do not recommend them.

We hired Cayuga Landscaping to do a design for our the house we just purchased in Ithaca. It was down hill from there. It took a couple of weeks to just here from them. It took several weeks to have them come out and see the property. A few more weeks to do the design and then they didn’t really even incorporate what we wanted in the design, We asked for some changes and to look at other options and they disappeared never to be heard from again. No returned calls — no nothing. Very unprofessional. The good part is that it did not cost us anything even though we were suppose to pay for the design. They pretty much were not interested in our business.
