I go here because it’s convenient and the drycleaning part is open until 2pm on Saturdays. Quality is ok but the customer experience could improve. Sometimes you have to wait a minute for employees to end personal phone calls, and last time I went to drop off a shirt to be drycleaned the employee argued with me that the care instructions said it should be machine washed and dried. (I don’t want the shirt to shrink or fade but my reason shouldn’t matter.) Every other drycleaner I’ve taken this shirt to simply drycleaned the shirt as requested. On the plus side, they have lots of laundry machines so you can do many loads of laundry after dropping off drycleaning.
