Ordered 1 order of Baja tacos($ 6.29 via Grubhub) and 1 order of Ancho chicken tacos($ 5.99 on Grubhub); both were 2 tacos per order.($ 10 delivery minimum on Grubhub, + $ 3 delivery fee.) Pros: a late night food alternative to pizza, presumably healthier(for cholesterol, saturated fat…) Menu doesn’t specify, but pretty certain taco tortillas are corn, which is healthier(cholesterol-wise) than white flour tortilla Menu variety Arrived quickly — placed Grubhub order at 10:48pm, delivery arrived around 11:25pm Staff was friendly & helpful when I called to make sure they could deliver to a dorm within the Cornell campus( Unilocal delivery said address was invalid, but Grubhub took it, but I wanted to double-check before paying) They texted a link to the free Zoomer app so I could track my order, which included being able to see exactly where driver was located en route, & his updated ETA Friendly driver(whichever business the driver was from-?) Were willing & able to deliver directly to Mews Hall dorm within Cornell campus — no problem(other than that Unilocal delivery didn’t recognize it, but GH did) Since I received 2 tacos per order, the cost seemed reasonable, even though each taco is small. I definitely will be full by the time I eat all 4 tacos, which was about $ 13.50 before delivery fee & tip. This is comparing to Atlanta prices, I guess. Cons: # of napkins provided: zero! This sucked, bc the tortillas are fried, &VERY greasy.(When I’m done, I will post a photo of the wax paper they’re on to demonstrate.) I’m just staying here the way one would stay in a hotel(for a few days), so napkins aren’t something I have. Even bathroom here doesn’t have them, only a hand dryer. Grubhub has a box you can check to say«spare me the napkins; I’m trying to save the Earth,» but I didn’t check it. I kept looking in the bag and even under the taco holders in the box, bc I had such disbelief that there would be zero napkins for(greasy) food you eat with your hands.(And def no option there, bc no plasticware provided, which at least makes sense.) Food taste: eh. I was excited about the various ingredients on the tacos, but in the end my main satisfaction is knowing it’s healthier than pizza. Taste-wise, a pizza place may have been better, or at least other items from Luna’s menu. Or maybe it is one of those food freshness quality goes down as the day/night goes on issues-? Tacos got VERY cold VERY fast. It’s not cold(or even cool) in this room, & they’re not remotely near an air vent nor fan. Weird. Menus differ on Unilocal(for delivery) vs Grubhub.(Didn’t try Eat24Hours, not sure if that would now be the same as Unilocal proper’s menu.) Kept reading in previous reviews how tacos were so tiny for the cost… Unilocal doesn’t say a # of tacos per order, so seems to be implied 1 per order/price listed. But as I said, on GH, it was 2 per order, for $ 6.29(Baja) & $ 5.99(Ancho). Unilocal had a yummy sounding Thai chicken skewer salad listed(not on GH), whereas GH had a yummy sounding beet salad listed, not on Unilocal menu. Not sure if you can get both in reality-? Prices also differ — weird. Overall: I’m here for a few days and had expected I might order dinner from here again. I won’t. Didn’t even eat 4th taco, just picked the chicken off of it. Meh. Maybe that’s 2.5 stars? But then, I can’t speak to the food beyond these specific tacos, via delivery, toward the end of the night. Maybe other items in the store in the daytime are good? If I had a car here to find out, I might try again, with different menu items.

I went here the other night and ordered tacos and poutine. I was trying to be patient, but after about 40 minutes I was wondering where my food was. When I went up to ask, they had it already bagged up. Apparently it had been sitting for a while because the food was cold and soggy. I should have asked for a replacement then and there, but I was pretty hungry at this point and just ate what I was given. I paid $ 15 for a very disappointing meal. It may have been better if they had called me up when it was ready, but I don’t think it’s worth it to me to risk the price again.

As so many reviews here have indicated, the prices here are very high for such small portions. The demographic may be targeted at wealthy Cornell students who can afford eating at these prices. Having said that, I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu. The tacos are small but delicious. I like the salads a lot. The pizza is adequate, but nothing special in my opinion. The Only Burger is delicious, but very small. The Mac & Cheese is very good, and I especially enjoyed BBQ Shortrib Mac Sandwich. I didn’t really care for the standard fries, but the duck fat fries are better. I found the poutine disappointing. My daughter loves the fried oreos. I think the wings are some of the best I’ve had in town. I especially like the garbage sauce. Overall the menu is extensive and very creative, and it changes often. They seem to use high quality ingredients, but I believe there may be an issue at times with quality control, as sometimes items are hit or miss. They have a phone app which is not only convenient, it will save you some time ordering if there is a long line. Generally the staff is very friendly, and the service is good. It may take a while to get your food, however. We always called(or apped) in our order ahead of time to save on the wait. However, they often missed the special instructions we’d include with our orders. I used to go in there all the time when they were accepting Ithacash.

The food is nothing special. Price is unjustifiably high. If you have your typical food truck experience(tasty anf sometimes creative food at a reasonable price) in mind going in, you will be disappointed.

Tasty but super expensive for the amount of food. $ 3.50 for a bottle of iced tea? $ 10 for a sandwich? Not truck or street food prices. Overpriced by any standard.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Without exaggeration, the worst food I’ve had in Ithaca. The food actually makes me feel angry. We ordered the short rib tacos, chicken quesadillas and the ramen. The ramen was limp, like it had been boiled for hours. The broth was bland and weirdly sour. The short rib tacos were way too sour and the chicken quesadillas tasted like salty rubber. I would never go there again.

Tried the pizza and poutine one night and were both delicious. Now, after seeing all the other goodies on the menu, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

So sad to have to say this because I used to really respect and like this place. I ordered vegetarian tacos from this place tonight and they sent me meat tacos instead. They were completely insensitive on the phone and refused to give me my money back. Instead they sent me new tacos which took over an hour to arrive. And I had to throw out the meat tacos which I could not eat and knew would make me sick but also felt horrible about contributing to animal waste. This was a completely mortifying experience for me. I will never order from this restaurant again.

This is a pretty average place. Small portions at high prices. I went here closer to when they opened and the same issues existed. But gave them a break as they were new. Returned recently and its still not good enough. They claim that the prices are high as they use«local, organic ingredients». No offense but that is a bunch of bull if they cannot put out a quality product. I’m glad the food is organic but a 3-bite taco for $ 6 is just dumb. And the meat is salty and chewy. $ 4 for a slice of pizza… and the toppings are scarce. Their pork belly bao bun is really good but you need to search for the pork belly in the bun. And you need 4 to fill up at $ 5 each. Its kinda sad as the taste is solid. Bottom line — You can easily spend $ 15 and walk out looking to buy a snack somewhere else. Their high prices are not due to «high» quality. They are due to the fact that they need some basic f&b training.

VEGETARIANS/VEGANS BEWARETHETOFUWINGS I was taken aback by the fact that all of the sauces have animal product in them. I am vegan and was asking for clarification regarding the ingredients in the sauces. They told me that even if the sauces did not have dairy in them, they were not vegan because they use a pork(?) or chicken(?) glaze as a base. I told them that they should probably mark that especially for the tofu wings which they mark as the vegetarian wing option WITHOUTHAVING A VEGETARIANSAUCEOPTION. when i brought it up it almost felt like they were getting defensive. this I found to be the oddest part. Its okay if the sauces all have meat in them but people just want to know so they can make the choice not to eat it. If you don’t mark your sauces as having a meat base, especially when using them to provide a vegetarian option(??) its going to bother people.

The pork belly bun was delicious but the service really sucks. Need to think about whether it’s worth going for the 2nd time:(

Luna has the best good in Ithaca. It is very reasonably priced, and there is not a bad thing on the menu. The combinations of ingredients and flavors is spot-on. Nothing is normal restaurant food, but everything is fantastic. They have dishes that are asian-inspired, South American-inspired, vegetarian, etc. Even their plain pizza is gourmet! You have to check it out!

I love the idea of this place, and love me some fish tacos. I like these tacos so much, I don’t even mind being immersed in the naïve youth(no offense Cornell students, because I LOVE and appreciate the booming culture and economy you bring to my town. I am just old compared to millennials). Anyways, fish tacos, five in my book.

Lot 10 location: food looked really good. Unfortunately, a line of people appeared just after I ordered and I watched the one and overwhelmed cook serve each before producing my arapas nearly 30 minutes after order. I lost my appetite and gave the food back. I’m not into overpriced places that treat you like it’s a privilege if they serve you at all. The second star is for the quality, which looked really good, which I unfortunately missed out on. Not going back.

This has an incredible amount of potential. But it always falls short on execution. I just ordered two sticky buns but they were completely raw. It was warm dough at best. Wouldn’t be a huge deal except they were $ 6.00 a piece. Very disappointing.

Was very excited after reading other reviews… While the ambience was neat, the menu written on the wall was overwhelming. Looking over that fact, the menu sounded interesting and eccentric. We ordered«only burgers» and the«duck fat fries,» after waiting for a longer amount of time than we should have, being the only people in the place, I’d have to say we were less than impressed. We received slider sized burgers that were the price of regular burgers at any other restaurant, the toppings just didn’t mix. As for the duck fat fries, the taste of the fries were mediocre, the texture being on the soggy side. The redeeming feature of the meal however, was the chipotle dipping sauce that came with the fries. Mediocre, not sure I’d go for another try. *alexis

They delivered to our hotel, pretty quick too. Duck bacon wontons were incredible. All three tacos were good, but I wanted at least 12 more Korean BBQ tacos. Overall, the flavors are complex and balance each other well. Well done sir, well done.

This is a pretty awesome experience. Located in college town, in the back of Lot 10 is a «food window» serving a variety of street inspired foods from across the world — a most excellent menu! A little on the pricey side but the quality is Smoked Gouda Mac: to die for. I am extremely choosy about my mac n’ cheese and this one exceeded my expectations! Taco Salad: rather awesome with a nice kick! Greens, cilantro lime rice, blacks beans, smokey salsa, cotja cheese and more! Chicken Shawarma Bowl: moist tasty grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, atop greens and triangles of naan bread, and a very tasty tzatziki sauce and lemon oil. There was ONE guy taking orders AND cooking — he did an awesome job! Would come here again and again. Amazing food, reasonably priced.

The poutine is delicious greasy food that delivers when you’re really hungry, and the pork belly bao buns have a nice balance of bun, pickle, meat and sauce. I also had a bite of a fish taco, which almost justified its steep $ 5 price tag. I’d definitely go back for taco Tuesday. I’d say the prices are just a little steep, but given the convenience and the fact that similar food is not easily available in Ithaca, I think it’s mostly worth it.

Amazing, delicious, inventive food. Just the shot in the arm that Collegetown needs. I ordered for delivery, so I haven’t been to the actual location yet, but the food arrived with amazing quickness and was still hot and fresh. I tried the pork belly bao bun and the duck bacon wonton. These are some really interesting, tasty takes on dishes, and every flavor was SPOT-ON. The wonton had some Mexican flavors in it – sour cream along with cream cheese, corn, etc, and the pork belly was made to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce and freshness. I am so excited to keep coming here and trying more and more items off of their extensive, diverse, and creative menu. The only downside is that the price is slightly high for the amount of food you get – but the quality is WORTHIT. Compared to other food I’ve had in Ithaca, I’ll gladly pay a few bucks more to get my hands on this fresh and outstanding food!
