My daughter rented this house her senior year and it was utterly disgusting and filthy. In her bedroom, her mattress had holes in it and the first time we walked in, we found mouse droppings on the mattress. Also, the toilets throughout the whole house were constantly clogged.
The pictures of the house do not accurately represent the furniture or condition of the house.
I would strongly recommend not renting this place.

The house is very interesting and old. Its a shame its dirty, dusty, and smells like dirty feet and moldy cheese. The B&B is overpriced, especially for the sub-​par breakfasts. You can easily stay at a clean, nice hotel for the same amount of money and be more comfortable and have more amenities, even in Ithaca. The owners gave me the creeps. Look somewhere else for your visit to Ithaca.
