Lovingly restored classic federal home. Absolutely beautiful building and accommodations Friendly staff and owners. Loved the breakfast which included homemade pastries. We will stay there again on our next trip to Ithaca.

Very nice owners. We stayed there for my daughter’s recital at Ithaca College Conservatory. We had a lot of family with us and we were looking, without much success, for a place that could accommodate us for a big brunch. One of the inn’s owners overheard us and offered to let us cook in their kitchen. We had 17 people for brunch. Incredibly kind of them. Inn was lovely and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic new B&B right in the heart of Ithaca. Easy walking distance to just about everything including State Theatre, Bandwagon Brew Pub, The Commons shops, and more. Purchased two years ago by the owner Tom and his wife, they spent a year and a half restoring it, and it is truly a beautiful place. We stayed in the Cayuga Suite, the largest of four available. It was massive with a huge, high ceilinged sitting room and large kitchenette, and a generous bedroom with big comfortable king bed with nice linens. Bathroom was also spacious with recently renovated tiled in tub and shower. Tom was a gracious and friendly host. A nice breakfast was served in the dining room with yogurt and granola, hash browns, and eggs and sausage. Oh, and the best part, fresh squeezed orange juice, a wonderful extra perk that was much appreciated, and is seldom found anymore. Bacon lovers take note, the sausage was meatless. Not a big deal for me, but if you must have your morning pork fix, that’s about the only drawback. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
