Hidden treasure for affordable cute finds. My favorite is the vintage jewelry. There are $ 5 and $ 1 trays with old trinkets that someone once adored. I once found an engraved brooch that shone a nice gold color and used it as a necklace in my photo shoots in Hollywood. I like going back and telling the owner how I’ve re-​used my finds. They also have large assortment of postcards, doily linen, and buttons. It’s all very well organized. I don’t come here for vintage clothing but I do come here for the one of a kind accents that I add to my clothing. This shop and SewGreen (reclaimed fabrics and notions) are must see in downtown Ithaca.

Great little antiques shop located inside the Dewitt Mall in downtown Ithaca. Pastimes is a great place to find vintage and costume jewelry. They’ve got a unique selection of beads and old buttons to explore. And there’s always tables set up in the hallway with items for a dollar. Neat place, check it out!
