1. Most, if not all your dry cleaning in Ithaca goes to the same place that actually does the cleaning… The Mall Dry cleaners.(Wegmans, Cornell Laundry, and Wylie — all send their dry cleaning and laundry to the Mall Dry Cleaners). Some work is done at Wylie and Cornell Laundry, but not most regular dry cleaning. 2. In regards to customer service — I get the most personal and attentive customer service at Wylie. Bret always remembers me, I do not need to give him my name, or a ticket. Some reviews say there were problems with the quality of the work. You can always bring the clothes back. They have always re-cleaned or fixed anything I have brought them and made my stuff right — no questions. To the reviewer who said your suit(that you only wore one time) came back with a hole in the back of your pants — sounds like a suit you must only wear occasionally or that was one heck of a one-time wearing — might be a moth hole, in any case — they should help you repair that if you take it back. 3. Note — they are closed on Wednesdays.

It’s hard finding a decent dry-cleaner that isn’t crazy expensive in Ithaca. This place does a solid job and is really nice. Never had an issue, but 95% of the time I’m only sending coats(wool).

This place is terrible. They tried to send us home with someone else’s shirt and two pairs of pants and overcharged us. Then when we got home we found a huge dime-sized hole in the back of an expensive pair of suit pants. The suit had been worn one time before this, and was in great condition before it was dropped off. Don’t use this place unless you want to throw hundreds of dollars away.

One dry cleaning item costs $ 8.95. It is better to do suits here instead of dress shirts.

Nice people. Terrible service. I was in town visiting my family for the holiday and needed to get some work clothes dry cleaned. I’m not sure what they did, but both of my suit pants came back messed up. One pair had a strange sheen to it(like it had gotten dried on too high of heat) while other had a hole burned in the seat of the pants. Even though the first pair of pants were Hugo Boss, I decided to let things slide since it wasn’t terribly noticeable and could potentially come out with another wash. The other pants, however, I was forced to take to a re-weaver back home. They informed me it would be $ 75 to fix and that the work would be noticeable after the fact given the size of the burn… I just ordered a replacement pair. $ 250 + tailoring costs down the toilet. I will never bring clothes back here and don’t recommend it for anyone with nice clothes they want to ensure come back the way they were dropped off.

A friend recommended this place. It reminded me of dry cleaners back in jersey. My shirts look great. Great customer service here as well! Shirts were a great price… sweaters are a little pricey, but they did an awesome job. I’ve heard that it’s been a local staple for many years and it’s not hard to see why. Thanks! Unfortunately, I have a bad update on this place. I took a Ralph Lauren sweater there that was white when I dropped it off. It came back a pink hue. A $ 200 sweater ruined!

Not your macho, massive, mainstream dry cleaners compared to the other dry cleaner in town but Wyllie’s is great for dry cleaning in Ithaca. Fast, friendly and efficient. Found them through google maps & some reviews elsewhere. I think the place is family owned and the turn around time and professional care they provide has made me a repeat customer. I don’t think they do «green» cleaning here but I could be wrong.

After trying several others, this is the only place in town I’ll use. Friendly service. And for those who had some problems, did you bring them back and ask them to fix?(Whites turned pink.) My experience with this place tells me they would make it right!
