I should have figured when i saw this place only had two stars that i was going to have a negative experience. Came here for a Birthday dinner and did not want to sit us because we we where 13 of which 4 where kids and one of the kids a baby, when we said if he could sit us separated they refused because the limit is 12. Hostess and Manager where both rude/awful people!

This Chili’s used to be good but they really fell off. Our waiter was kind but not attentive at all. The walls are very dusty. Even the post I sat next to, VISIBLY&EXCESSIVELYDUSTY. The salt shaker was disgusting & the restroom was filthy! This Chili’s is so ghetto & dirty. Food is good I guess but not appetizing due to the filth of the building.

Bad waitress, still waiting for second round of drinks, tables are still not bused around us.

This I the worst chili’s I’ve ever been to. First of all the server didn’t know that there was even milk on the children’s menu. acted confused when i asked for milk for my daughter staff was frowning if u asked them anything and the one who was smiling was clueless. Servers standing around talking instead of taking care of the mostly full restaurant even the manager acted like me asking for anything was a complete bother. Terrible terrible customer service and atmosphere. Will never ever go back to this location

We ordered the fried pickles which were extremely soggy and barely any batter on them. They were awful! The southwest egg rolls we ordered were decent though.

Queso was awful. Poor service. This will be an off the list restaurant for us… We hadn’t been to Chili’s for a while and had family in town so we thought lets try it out for lunch. The waiter was very hurried and his serving apron was filthy. Ordered appetizers and soup. The potato soup was to thick and cold. The cheese bites were like eating rubber. The queso was awful. It looked like refried beans with cheese on top. We did complain and they took the queso off. The waiter never checked to see if we needed more water or anything. We all were very disappointed the lunch. I actually was embarrassed that we picked this place to eat with our guest.

WORSTCHILI’s ever! There were only 2 of us and it took 10 minutes to be seated. Then our waitress took another 10 minutes to say hi and take our drink orders. Good thing I ordered a large margarita because that’s all I had for dinner. We ordered and I received the wrong plate of food but was so hungry I didn’t care, another waiter got the correct dish which took 20 minutes. When it came out the quesadillas were bland. Our server was not attentive and the best part of the dinner was the margaritas and finally getting out of there.

They always take forever to get you a table and get you they food as well. Second time I’ve come here wish service was a little faster

Over 40 minutes to get food gave us plenty of time to look at the multiple dirty tables, to go to the filthy restroom, see other guests have to go on a hunt for salt and pepper and overhear the employees’ nasty attitudes. Surely we must have picked the night with no management on site. Especially upsetting to hear staff cursing with children within hearing distance. Let’s not forget serving alcohol to minors without asking for identification

First of all: what happened to chilli’s? That’s my question to start off! Walked thru the door and is 3:00 pm, the place is almost empty and I had to wait to be attended. A waiter came(which later I found out he was the manager) and asked me how many(we were two), after the question he told me someone would be with me. After 10 minutes I started to pay attention to see why they were taking so long to sit us in an empty restaurant, and to my surprise the hold was they had taken that time to move tables on a section that was closed. After 15 minutes another waiter after being done moving tables sat us on one. I ordered as an appetizer southwestern egg rolls. Boy! I gotta tell you: those were half of the half they used to serve couple of years back, but they were well prepared and well seasoned. The dressing that came with it was also delicious with a twist of guacamole to it. I decided to go with the triple dipper and wife with the bottomless soup and salad. The dipper had boneless wings(spicy) good to my taste, southwestern egg rolls, and 2 mini burgers. I Really have no complaints with my food. Now: the soup was the southwest chicken soup. Way to much cummins. That’s all you could tasted from it, so we changed it to the loaded potato. After 15 minutes(at least) of wait, they brought the other soup. Understand this: «it’s bottomless soup» in other words: all u can eat but was not ready so don’t expect for it to be as fast as Olive Garden soup. If you finish it and want more, go for the ziosk and play some trivia while u wait for it. Last soup was a much better choice. Salad: Frozen!!! Not fresh at all! How did I know? The cucumber and some other parts of the salad was still frozen when brought to the table. Chips were also greasy compare to their competition The ziosk they now have on the tables is pretty entertaining with different apps and trivia games, and also can be used to pay your bill with the built card swiper and receipt printer. I thought it was the only good upgrade they had done in years because food doesn’t have it.

I just wanted a nice meal. Anyone can sell a burger, why I go out is for a pleasant dinning experience with my wife. Well that didn’t happen, the service was beyond terrible. After being seated I had to stop the manager walking by our table to get our service started. The fried pickles arrived 15 minutes later and we’re oil soaked with the breading falling off. I called for the Manger and he seem very unconcerned and made excuses for his wait staff. They brought more pickles and no flatware. The main course was okay. But by this time I was very upset, what a bad dinner.

Returning for a Triple Berry Margarita. But had to settle for the Blueberry Pineapple Margarita. It was good too. I like Chili’s for the simple foods so I don’t get to critical unless my food is cold or old. Its not like they have a chef that cooks all fresh ingredient. Most things are frozen. Tonight I opted for the Southern Southwest Burger and split it with my dinner guest. My server Paul was great he asked if we wanted our burger cut in half since he notice we were sharing it. He went over and beyond our food was delivered cut and on 2 plates with the fries split also. This was very surprising. One complaint Chili’s chips for the salsa was overcooked. We had 2 baskets and both were overcooked. I will be returning again.

I am a huge fan of Chili’s, but this trip wasn’t the greatest. Seemed understaffed and with tables available everywhere the line was out the door. Food was below average, noodles overcooked and the Mac and cheese with no crumbs ontop. Little things that wouldn’t be terrible if not all at once. But on the upside the bartender was beyond amazing with keeping tabs on us as well as engaging with us and other patrons. Overall it was just a below expected experience.

I get email coupons for free food & their margaritas are cheaper than Applebee’s. the food actually isn’t that bad. service does suck most nights though. Eh. it’s right there in the same lot as the theater, it’s convenient.

I ordered the smokehouse jalapeño burger and the bottom bun fell apart on me. Without hesitation the staff brought me a new bun so rich in buttery flavor my taste buds melted upon instant contact! Thank you Chilis for a memorable experience I’ll never forget!

I don’t know what the hell is wrong with this place? It took THREE times just to get an unsweet tea. Lucky I’m not a diabetic or I would have had a stroke testing the first two glasses. Food was sub par even for a chilli’s and the whole experience was completely lack luster. Service sucked… hello, can’t bring me an un-sweetened tea and can’t come back to see if we need anything? I wouldn’t bother going back to this place!

We stopped off to eat, waitress was nice. Went to the bathroom and had a great view of the kitchen. Dirty & Nasty. Floors were wet and trash everywhere. We received our food and a roach crawled on the wall next to our booth. I was sick! Doesn’t Chili’s do inspections on their locations? Stay away from this one!

This place used to be something several years ago. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. My last couple visits were pretty bad. I won’t go into all the details, but the biggest problem is the inexperienced staff. Words of caution: don’t expect a good strawberry daiquiri or prompt service.

I came in to this Chili’s the other day. Mind you, chain ain’t my thing! Any-who, my mom, girl friend, and myself decided on this after many indecisive dinner ideas. Parking of course is easy due to it being in a giant shopping center. The wait for a seat was okay. We ordered an appetizer and three plates. I had the Monterrey Chicken, my lady had Chicken Crispers, and my mom had Baby Back ribs. We got our drinks timely but when it came to our Cheesy fries it seemed we had waited over 20 minutes for them. Come on! This is an appetizer people! Hold me over till my food get here! The Monterrey Chicken and the Crispers were up to standards. Face it you have an expectation to corporate foods. Crispers were crunchy and the Monterrey Chicken was oozing with cheese and bacon. Soo good! I tried the ribs my mom had and they weren’t too bad. Nothing to run home and tell you family about. It was an okay meal I would say. I just don’t like waiting ridiculous amounts of time for an appetizer!

Umm. No. Sorry Chili’s. I think two stars for«Meh. I’ve experienced better» is pretty spot on. I went here twice now with a group. Hopefully it will be the last. First night: I ordered this cajun chicken alfredo. I had a similar dish elsewhere and it was awesome so I figured what the heck. Well thanks Chili’s, talk about Captain Buzzkill and the Bring-me-downs. First of all, as someone who has made countless alfredo dishes, this tasted more like it it was from a can, bleh. The cajun chicken, geez. Correct me of I’m wrong here but I thought cajun seasoning was supposed to be a little spicy. Actually nevermind, don’t correct me because I know I’m right. This was so not spicy your grandparents could have eaten it for breakfast. And the server. geez dude, I ordered a bottomless glass of coke, AND I COULDSEETHEBOTTOMOFIT. A LOT! Second night: I figured Id get the peppercorn chicken ceaser salad. Sure there was pepper on it, but no peppercorns I could see, it looked like it got a dusting from a pepper shaker. I was expecting a very strong pepper flavor. The ceaser dressing had a strange orange hue to it, was pretty bland and I could hardly taste any garlic in there. Sorry but when I have a ceaser I expect to wilt flowers with my breath afterwords. Service was much better this time though, the woman kept my strawberry lemonade filled.
