Great service, nice stock of designer frames, and exams are really reasonable. The staff is fabulous and very personable. I recommend this place highly.

Terrible customer service; lacking the ability to read eyeglass prescription.

All items are not refundable, so they have my money. and I learned an expensive lesson.
I don’t know who read the prescription, because I couldn’t see three feet in front of me. the manager said my eyes would adjust I tried wearing the glasses, to no avail, I couldn’t see, I returned the glasses.
I did find a excellent Vision Center in my neighborhood, on 82^nd st. I gave them the same prescription I gave Coco’s. This vision center filled the prescription accurately,
