Totally recommend! I wish I lived closer! Their prices are unbelievably affordable and everything we tried was DELICIOUS! And the girls behind the counter were so friendly and patient!

I don’t know about you but this spot in my opinion is delicious. If you want a good meal this little place has every Colombian goody to satisfy your craving. Every time I go there it’s busy and the food is always fresh because this location is busy. I love their sopas, mini empanada and arepas. Service is great too but it really helps if you speak Spanish.

This mini chain boasts a huge selection of mediocre products, none of which will have me back.(one has hyphen on gMaps, other doesn’t)

Seba Seba has hands down the best recipe for almojabana of any Colombian bakery. this particular location always has them freshly baked, any time of day. In addition, they always have authentic Colombian hot chocolate ready to go – it’s the perfect combination when you’re looking for something sweet and cheesy. You can never go wrong with sweet and cheesy. The service is always prompt and the ladies have exception customer service skills. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of them in the 5+ years I’ve been going to them. They also sell ready made dough for bunuelos which is a big plus during the holiday season. Parking is a little annoying but that’s not really they fault and it’s well worth the hassle. The seating could be a little more comfortable – it’s stools on a high counter – but it works for a quick bite.

I would like to review the food, but I can’t. Since it always seems to get good reviews of the food, I’ve tried this place about a dozen times over a twenty year period. Each time I think, it will be better this time. Unfortunately only once did I ever get food. I was either ignored or treated very rudely. Perhaps you may have more luck if your Spanish is good enough.

FAIRWARNING: THISIS A STRICTLYEMPANADAREVIEWANDITMIGHTMAKEYOUDROOL. Tried my first empanada here and boy. I’ve been dreaming about them since I’ve left NYC. The empanadas were so incredibly crispy and filled with the juiciest pork you can dream of. To add to that magic of a creation, it comes with this amazing salsa/super sauce concoction and fresh limes. You add all three of those components together and you’ve got yourself a happy tummy. Plus, they’re cheap! Now who doesn’t love a good steal? So if you’re ever in the area, just swing in and get an empanada. You’ll understand what I’m getting at with this review.

They are so RUDE .They don’t even know how to treat customers in a «nice way» no sure what to get, and I asked to the woman, «what food is this? «and she said“YOUSHOULDKNOW already»(In a rude voice) not everyone knows the names of all meals from others countries. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I really love Colombian Food, I had been to many restaurants before and they are so friendly ., but this place is worse

I guess I got in early enough to not get an attitude, the girl there was very polite to me. I got the pastel de jamon y queso and a pastel de guava. The pastries were awesome, just not enough filling. I used to get better ones in Miami. Other than that pretty good, not stellar, but good.

So this is only bakery I will submit my tastbuds to in Queens because in this«humble» reviewer’s opinion it is the best and most authentic Colombian bakery in Queens.(Yup that’s a mouth full) Not only do they have your standard Colombian fare: ie: Arepas, chicharron, etc but they have things that are not as easily found like almojabanas… The empanadas are just like the ones they sell in Cali, Colombia and reminds me of fun times with the family or late nights after the club. The service is always quick and poliet.

Colombian bakery staff are known for their terrible service and rude demeanor. Seba seba is no different. However, the baked goods and coffee are so delicious, I cannot stay away. Only in NYC can you get away with that! I recommend the buñuelos, pan de bono, arepa de chocolo, arepita, and the masa de chocolo. Bring cash. Minimum of $ 10 is needed if you want to pay with cc

The service here is terrible! I have come here to dine on numerous occasions and the staff is always rude/slow. On one occasion i waited 20 min for tap water. When the waiter finally decided to give it to me there were peas inside the cup and he got annoyed that I asked for another one. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the tres leches cake is amazing! Do not come here for anything else.

They have the best pandebono in the area. The flan is pretty good as well, not as sweet, and I normally dislike flan. L likes their bread pudding, they put too many raisins in it. I haven’t eaten their empanadas in years so I don’t recall whether they’re good or not. The pastries are reasonable priced. We usually get a couple of things to try and it ends up costing us only $ 6 whereas if we go to any other Latin bakery in the area it’s $ 15.

I go there for 2 things — the pandebono and the bunuelos. My family goes to this location every weekend and orders around a dozen of each. Seriously. In fact, I just had 2 pandebonos today :) I’ve tried other Colombian bakeries near Jackson Heights but they just don’t match up. My way of eating it(I don’t care if it’s not authentic — I’m a Chinese girl eating Colombian baked goods, so my cred is already gone) is I put it in the toaster for 2 – 3 mins so the crust is a little hardened; just a bit. The first bite is HEAVEN! The slightly hardened outside does not dry out the bread and the inside is moist and still chewy with just the right amount of cheese flavor. Pair that with my Café Bustelo and I’ve just set myself up for an amazing rest of the day! I would give it 5 stars but their coffee is pretty weak and tasteless and while I’ve tried other baked goods, it just doesn’t grab me the way pandebonos or bunenlos do. And while I hope this is not true, my mother noted while eating her bunuelos today that it seems the quality has gone down a bit. Hopefully this is not true. I will be so sad, so, so sad.

I love Seba Seba. This location is nearest to my Queens apartment. It’s also has the smallest menu and limited bakery items in comparison to the other locations. I was passing by tonight while my boyfriend was driving me back into Manhattan to visit my brother. I said to my bf, STOP! When I saw Seba Seba. The street parking sucks there so I ran out of the car and into the store. I ordered DOS(2) CHICHARRONDEGUAYABA. Omg it’s my favorite! It has a crunchy pastry exterior because of the sugar that is sprinkled into it. The Guava paste inside is yummo. The pastry is light, crispy and flakey. It looks like it would be hard and thick but looks are deceiving. It’s only $ 1.25 which is my favorite part! This pastry I dream about sometimes! Soooooo gooooooood. Wish I had some black coffee right now to go with it… excuse me… time to make coffee… adiós!

I went here for some dessert with my boyfriend and our mutual friend. My friend got some guayaba thing(I can’t really remember what he got but it looked like a ball shaped bread with some fruit filling I’m assuming) and my boyfriend and I shared the tres leches and flan; BOTH of which I HIGHLYRECOMMEND. Oh my goodness, they were both so delicious! Annndddd, their prices were great! The flan slice filled the container so I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth and more and it tasted«different» in a good way. The tres leches was equally delicious. However, the reason I took one star away was because of the way the cashier packaged and handled the two cakes. She literally put the flan container into a white paper bag haphazardly and flan juice was dripping out of the bag. She then proceeded to put the guayaba, the tres leches and flan into a plastic bag unevenly. Like, do you not know that the flan had a bunch of flan juice in it and that the tres leches had a layer of liquidy cream on the bottom? It was almost like she just chucked all three items into the bag and looked VERY careless. Even when my friend asked her where the other locations of Seba Seba were NICELY, she rudely spurted out the addresses and didn’t even bother to look at him or smile and looked like she just wanted him to leave. Needless to say, by the time I got to the car, there was flan juice ALLOVER the inside of the bag… what a mess. My boyfriend and I hate half of the flan in the car so we wouldn’t lose more«juice». When we got home, the tres leches liquid cream had basically ALL spilled out into the white plastic bag. So in conclusion, I haven’t tried everything inside the bakery but I can say that the tres leches and flan are at the top of my list if anyone decides to stop by for some dessert. My friend really liked his guayaba thing too. Oh, and my boyfriend and mutual friend are both Hispanic so if they say the Spanish desserts really are good, I believe them. We all loved the prices but we did not like the customer service from the rude cashier and her careless packaging which caused a super mess for us. No bueno.

For $ 2.50 I got me some flan. They have food and all sorts of other stuff. There was lots of free eye candy. You don’t usually get that at the bakery.

i go back and forth between loving and hating this place. THEGOOD: they have the best coffee i have ever tasted in my life. it’s delicious. they keep two giant pots of it brewing all day(i’ve gotten coffee at 9:30 on a weeknight). NODECAF! they keep the milk for there coffee HOT. this ain’t no lukewarm cup! the empanadas and baked goods are simply delicious. THEBAD: the staff is ridiculously rude. i’ve looked right at them while speaking and they’ll just turn their heads as if i’m not there. spanish or english, doesn’t matter what language i’m speaking in. there bread sucks. it’s mostly stale and hard as a soft rock.
