i should’ve taken it as an OMEN when the Front Desk Clerk asked me if i wanted my change which was 4 pennies. She then told me that the hotel would not be able to give me a key until the next day which was my CHECKOUT day. WTF? the All Suites Hotel is OUTDATED and should be CONDEMNED! The POOL is DIRTY. When i came in they didn’t even give me a key! the Front Desk clerk claims that they do not have any keys for the day. WHATHOTEL doesn’t give you a KEY??? Instead of giving you a key… there is a funny looking maintenance man with a Pittsburg Steelers Hat on who takes his«sweet time» opening the door for you every time you enter. There is no internet and bed bugs bite you by the second. They have old fashioned televisions from the 80’s. Although there is a sign claiming that they have wifi. THEREISNOWIFI! They lie and say that they are gonna send someone to fix it and never do. I have called several times and this«nappy headed front desk girl» insisted on insulting my intelligence by asking me to «wiggle» something behind the TV, this is supposed to make the WIFI work… are you kidding me… Tired and worn out from a long ride and stressful day, I made it my business to put a large hotel generated DONOTDISTURB sign on the door of my room(would you believe that the cleaning lady banged on the door and woke me up anyway claiming that she did NOTSEE the sign??? …OMG… I AM never ever coming back. $ 61.97 wasted. Absolutely atrocious! This hotel should be gutted or condemned. The worst part was finding out that the way they do any kind of service recovery(i.e.: refund a night or whatever) it comes out of the paycheck for the person that helped you. Not only is that ILLEGAL, but it’s unethical. I will be reporting them to the AHLA&BBB. I had to move rooms 3 times before giving up and just sticking with what I was given the last time. First off, the first room was on a floor that reeked of weed smell and once walking on the room it was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We tried to air it out and see if it helped, it really didn’t. Positive of the room no bugs! Asked the girl at the desk if they had some air freshener and found they do its just under lock and key! So she moved us; the new room was trashed. Still empty beer bottles in the sink. Towels everywhere. So back down to move AGAIN! She was super apologetic and I was nice back. But then the 3rd room we tried it smelled like a mix of all previously mentioned smoke! Also all the light bulbs had been stolen out of the light fixtures. Nice. My husband and I decided we’d go back to the first room we checked into and not worry about the smoke smell, I had left the balcony door open to the bed room and that allowed to air out while we had searched for a new room. Still smelled bad but was tolerable after letting it air out. Well this is the first and LAST time we ever stay at this disgusting hotel. The walls and carpets had stains all over them, the wallpaper in the bed room looked like it was bleeding and there were kick-in-the-door dents in the bathroom. We brought all of our stuff in on a cart and never took it off the cart. Every chair and piece of furniture had stains on them. All we dared touch was the bed and put a towel over the chair in the bedroom and used that chair. Even the balcony had trash in it and so did the flower box on the edge of the balcony. I would give this hotel negative scores of I could but 1 star will have to suffice…

This was the worst hotel experience by far! A complete disaster! I booked this room through hotwire and have never had a bad experience until now. I visited out of town from Chicago for one night and I’m so glad it was only one night. Do not book based on the pictures because they are very misleading! ! There were so many problems it was ridiculous! ! 1. The entire interior of the establishment is extremely dated. All of the furniture looked like it was from the mid 80’s. 2. Do they even have a housekeeping staff? If they do, they should be fired immediately! The entrance had carpet that was dirty. The lobby floor had spots that were sticky. The steps inside the hotel had trash on them. The carpet in the hallways had stains throughout. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The chair and bench in our room were covered in stains and the comforters on the beds had all sorts of stains. We stepped on the elevator(that had an awful odor) and there was a large slice of cake on the floor in the corner. 3. We arrived a few hours early and inquired about early check in and was told they had no availability yet. *no one in the parking lot*… i was then told they would charge $ 10 for early check in. Oh but I thought there was no availability. I’d rather not. 4. They have an announcement on the front counter advising guests of a gym nearby they can visit and workout at since they hotel does not have a gym. We asked about the location and other information for the gym. The guest service rep checks the computer and tells us the gym is an hour and a half away. We asked why the hotel would send guests that far for a gym, she responded saying, «I don’t know. I’m just telling you what’s in the computer. Look it up on your Google if you want to. «We googled it and the gym location was actually 5 minutes away from the hotel! !! This was the worse all around hotel stay I’ve ever had! ! Something like the twilight zone. Please don’t waste your time with this place if you have any standards.

We booked our room through Priceline & we’re really let down. We arrived late at night & found the bathroom lights were broken & the AC was barely working. The carpet was damp in the whole room. speaking of carpet, the carpet in the hallways was stained & nasty looking. The whole hotel smells like either chlorine from the indoor pool or old, stale cigarette smoke. Even though we only paid $ 72, I feel like we paid way too much…

Customer service is terrible the maintenance guy was kind of mad that he had come up here twice for two different things. Made the comment why did I not tell him about this other problem when I came up to your room the first time to fix the door you could tell me the toilet seat is broken too. Its not my job to know what’s broken in the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed in the All Suites for the big rooms they offer. But apparently the big rooms have overwhelmed the housekeeping staff. The toilet had mold or algae growing in the bowl underwater. They offered to move me but that room was even worse than the first. so I cleaned the toilet myself. The shampoo was conditioning shampoo and the conditioner and shampoo had separated. Not sure how long that takes but it is a good while. I don’t think anyone has been in the room for at least six months. The hall carpet is nasty with spots everywhere. At checkout, they offered no compensation and just said things will improve with a recent change in management. It could be a nice hotel if they put some money into it. They still have tube tv’s, LOL
