After calling another repair place and leaving several messages with no response I decided to give Altech a shot. To my surprise an actual person answered and since I was nearby he came right over. He was friendly, professional, and had my dryer fixed with a guarantee within an hour. I will definitely use them again.

Our fridge died on Saturday morning and we did not know what to do and wanted to diagnose the issue before buying a new one. I called Altech in a panic as we had a party on Sunday coming up – Dave came out in about twenty minutes and was able to show me what the issue was, how I can easily make a temporary fix and gave me a fair quote — we did end up just purchasing a new fridge but Altech was professional and great to deal with.
