Terrible wait times. Severely understaffed. The staff is nice, but over an hour wait time every time, unless its right at opening. I never thought it would be worse than Verizon, but it is much worse. I would advise to stick with Verizon or make the switch if you live in Jackson, TN.

Where do I begin. One star, because I can’t give negative stars. Had I checked the BBB beforehand I would have never switched to AT&T in the first place, let alone walk into this store. AT&T are a bunch of BOLDFACELIARS, including the ones at the store. I experienced a week of hell with these people, and it continues to this day(dec.30th) about 8 hours total over a span of 3 days in the store and even more hours over the phone. They ran my credit about 6x total and made me go thru the fraud department about 4 times to repetitively confirm my identity due to their mistakes. One might ask why I even continued to get service with them. Well at the time I wanted the deal they were offering and desperately needed new service because T-Mobile is non existent here in Jackson and I needed service. Signing with AT&T is like making a deal with the devil. Sorry, that’s wrong. I shouldn’t say that. It’s like making a deal with… something seriously not good. I can write a novel of the things I went thru with them, but I have better things to do right now. Just don’t go here and don’t get AT&T. Do your research.

I give this place one star because I can’t simply give no star! This is one of the worst AT&T I’ve ever been! I always feel awkward when I come in. It’s always full and it takes so long to get anything done at this place! My husband and I came in to get a new phone and we ended up walking out without ever getting any help because there were 3 representatives. Two of them helping clients and one just standing at the door with his iPad, waiting for people to come in to greet them, ask their name, and say that it’s gonna be a few minutes instead of simply helping whoever is waiting. If you want to get a phone, just go to Best Buy. We went there right after trying at AT&T and it only took 15 minutes to walk out with a brand new phone! I can not wait for my contract to expire and switch to something else!
