TERRIBLE! Absolutely awful customer service. I just wanted to know how to save my dad money(renewing his 2 year plan or going with data plan). She tells my dad that he should not lower his 10GB a month 2-year contract because we use 6GB between the three of us– and we save $ 25 a month by paying for more than 6GB? We can save $ 40 by switching to 3GB and using WIFi for the rest! Anyway, After getting the round about and never receiving a straight answer the girl then tells me that I can upgrade but they are out of the M8 at the store and the region. That’s a load of crap, they just want me to get the newest M9 and spend more money. Where is a cellular service store that cares about me?

Extremely poor service! It seems, They just want to get a new deal and not follow up on what was promised. Were asked to started a fifth line on a tablet that would take no setup fee and would give some percentage of discount on the overall bill. Talked to them in person multiple times… at the store. But, the next bill showed all the unexpected things. Father had to call up verizon and follow up with 4 – 5 people over 2 days to get this fixed.

Always a fun staff to deal with. Wait times can get lengthy sometimes, but that’s a good problem to have for their business.
