I like their food. it’s delicious and affordable. My husband likes the buffet, I do, but too many calories..

Food is bland and not authentic. Several years ago I came to this location and asked for hot sauce and they brought out Tabasco. I decided to be more specific and asked for Tapatio or Cholula and they brought me a lage bowl of somehow that resembled a type of Chinese hot sauce. I gave up at that point. We recently came for their Mexican buffet, which could either be the best thing or worst thing ever. I first checked out the buffet and noticed most items appeared brown and dry, and confirmed my decision to avoid when I saw that they thought people wanted to pay 11.99 for that GI distress in the making on the weekend.

This is back to being one of our(and Jackson’s) favorite restaurants! Service was great tonight — food was good and hot — a pleasurable dining experience!

I love Mexican food, and living in a small town like Jackson you’ll get restaurants like this. This place is ok, its affordable and all but most of the food runs right through you. The place seems very clean and well managed, I just wish it was«a hair» warmer during winter, it seems to have a slight chill.

Very slow service and the food was very bland. I guess it’s somewhat Mexican, but I can make it better my own kitchen

I have had the worst service here twice in a row. Came in with a friend about three weeks ago. When we first walked in the hostess was at the table directly across from the door eating. Took her a minute, then she seated us in the booth next to her. Took forever to get our orders even though she was literally right next to us. We had about 3 different waiters have to serve us. That happened both occasions. The worst part is when we tried to pay our ticket. We walked up to the area, and one server was standing near the fountain while two others sat on the bench next to the register. We stared at them for about 5 minutes wondering when someone was going to acknowledge us. Finally, one stood up and went in the area to the register, but instead of acknowledging us, he whipped out his phone and started texting right in front of us! We were about to walk out right there but finally the female server came up and took care of it– after ringing it up wrong and having to void the transaction. The service has just been so awful lately and the staff so rude, I was embarrassed I had brought out of town friends to eat here. I will not be coming back.

Very nice and polite staff. Food was reasonably priced and chicken quesadilla was very tasty. Seemed to be a favorite lunch spot for the group I was with.

Just moved to Jackson from Texas and this is the best Mexican food I have found! The carnitas are incredible and almost melt in your mouth. The atmosphere was great with friendly service that was entertaining and helped navigate the menu. Cons: Not a fan of their red enchilada sauce… everything that I have had north of texas tastes like tomato paste: /their margaritas seemed a little odd as well. I will go back again and again!

Locally known as El To’s… Consistently good Mexican food, and good service. The new location in Jackson(on Jackson Blvd) is much nicer atmosphere.
