Stayed at Hotel Jackson recently and ate here several times for breakfast and a nice dinner. We also had room service once. Each time everything was awesome. Food was prepared perfectly and the staff is attentive to the customers. During dinner, we had an amazing steak dish. Spot on. Breakfast was always great and never let us down. I cannot dock ratings for lack of a kid’s menu since they don’t really claim to be kid friendly but that would’ve been my only suggestion for improvement. Not only will I stay here again, I’ll frequent the restaurant, too. Hats off to Jim the hotel owner and his crew.

I had room service from Figs while staying at Hotel Jackson. The dish was not only beautiful but unbelievably delicious. Sweet potato, kale, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese and barley… so good! I highly recommend!

I’m thrilled to have something in jackson that’s not the same old tired crap. The service can be a little slow but the food is great and they are getting better and better. The dishes are more middle-east inspired than traditional, and they are inventive, interesting, and most of all quite tasty.

We flew in on a Monday night and arrived around 9:15, only 45 minutes before closing time. Stephen couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating even though there were only 2 other customers who were finishing up their meal. Everything we had was freshly prepared and delicious. I would absolutely put this in the rota for our future visits to this gorgeous area.

One of my favorite spots! Beautifully decorated, small intimate restaurant and bar. you should order the hummus and baba ghanoush and their amazing bread. The octopus is yummy as well as the tabouli salad.

We had a less than satisfactory experience during our first visit to Figs. From the time we walked in the door, it was obvious that the staff had been poorly trained. There was no one greeting customers; we waited 10 minutes before interrupting the bartender to find out if we could get a table. None of the staff wore any kind of uniform, so we couldn’t distinguish between customers and staff. The person bringing our water put her hands all over the rims of our glasses, indicating a total lack of training. The drinks we ordered from the bar took way too long to be delivered, and were very expensive. The tabouleh salad had too much vinegar, and the wings and artichokes were overcooked. There are many fine restaurants in Jackson, but this is not one of them.

Quite pricey and has a limited menu — but the décor is perfection. Very chic. I got the oatmeal for breakfast — which could have used a little something extra. They were quite plain. Perhaps coming with a side of soy milk or sliced bananas or nuts. My husband liked his meal. This is a great location and opened my eyes to the lovely hotel it is in. I would love to stay there next time!

Figs was a wonderful find for us! We stayed in the hotel and went into Figs for something to eat. DELICIOUS! We’ve been back a few times now and everything is so tasty ! Hummus, baba ganoush, kefta, burgers and the chocolate chip cookies! Amazing! They make everything fresh and boy does it show! We think it’s the best restaurant we’ve been to in Jackson!

This an intimate dinning restaurant within a 5 star boutique hotel. This family run hotel and restaurant are focused on the little things. From the simple appetizers to the deluxe cocktails, they care and it shows. Every dish we had was flavorful and presented in the way you would expect in Jackson. In order to compete in this market, you have to standout. They are doing that. I could go on, but I am confident that you are getting my drift. Make your significant other happy, or just yourself, and try it. It is going to be the next rumored hot spot among the locals!
