Gold’s Gym

Love this gym they have classes, child care, tanning, pool, all types of lifting weights and machines. A smoothie bar and little shop. The employees are alway nice.

This gym is so nice! I’m just in Jackson for two weeks working and I needed to not loose it while I’m on the road. The sales manager, Carl, worked with me on a short term deal that I needed and I’m so happy he did because I love this gym! I’m from Miami and have seen a LOT of gyms and this one is up there. TONS of equipment, very clean, super friendly staff, lots of classes (love the hot yoga!!). The thing I love the most is how the weight equipment is in several different rooms. I’m a little self conscious and I do let the Ken and Barbie dolls intimidate me and sometime keep me from getting on certain equipment if they’re around. But at Golds I can go to a totally different room and be with the normal people who aren’t making weird grunting noises! This gym even has free child care and a pool! If I lived in Jackson, I would definitely be signing up for a full membership!
