DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have 3 months worth of dealing with these people with no resolution for the damaged they caused to my car. Nothing was wrong with my car. I had an issue with my key. They person who came to tow my car took almost 1 hour to get my small coupe on a flat bed trailer. He then told me that he was just an office worker and they had 2 employees to quit that day so he was helping with backlog. After I got my car back, it was making noise and was pulling to the right. Took it to Upton Tire Pros for diagnosis and they said they towing company person had aggravated the left and right arms on my vehicle which caused the alignment issue and he also gashed my left tired while pulling it onto the flat bed tow truck. This company did not deny damage. Their insurance company, ALLSTATE — Terrence Ellis and his boss Devin White were very difficult to work with. Instead of just paying for the damage, they are fighting to only pay for the tire stating, «you didn’t provide pictures of your alignment being off». So I sent them the quote. Both Halls and Allstate have spoken with Upton and Upton confirmed that there was indeed other damage. 3 months and I still don’t have a resolution. Can’t get a call or return email from AllState or Hall’s Towing. When I did speak with Brandy, the owner, she blamed not having an answer on her employee JC. At this point, I’m done. I will get a lawyer for this minor damage — please note, it’s $ 1300 (not 13,000) worth of damage and they are trying to give me $ 126. Use them at your own risk. They will be reported to the better business bureau.

This review is based on just the level of customer service I was provided and that these people actually operating in the 21^st century and take CREDIT CARDS over the phone to pay the bill. I am actually pretty flabbergasted that MOST of the towing companies I called to assist me with this issue insisted on ONLY taking cash. This is honestly a foreign concept to me because I don’t use cash, I don’t carry cash on me and my bank most times penalizes me for trying to even get my cash. So I can not and most times will not if there is another option, do business with people who don’t accept credit cards, or smart enough to have Paypal payments, or email address for instant money transfer etc.
So THANK YOU Halls for being technologically inclined and helping me out of a situation that otherwise I wasn’t quite sure how to resolve!
