If I could give zero stars I would! I paid online for a room which asked for number of adult guests which I put accurately, booking a room with two double beds. The guy checking us in sees my toddler and newborn in the car and tries to charge me an extra $ 20 for them. He refused to allow me to pay it or refund me. I had to call the police to see if they could do something which they could not. Bottom line this guy is a jerk and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. He seriously turned me away at 1030pm with two small children. He’s a real piece of work.

–Filthy rooms. –No separation of smoking and non smoking rooms, cigarette marks on the bed covers to prove it. –pets allowed but again no separation so your room will smell like pet urine –bathrooms are very very bad. –TVs are decent –free wifi that is slow and drops frequently –68 $ for two beds and two adults = expensive Trust me. Keep going if your a non smoker with no pets.

Pretty clean, solid room. The guy told me a different price when I arrived than he had 10 minutes before on the phone but I showed him my notes and he gave it to me. Some of the rooms are a little too close to the street for my taste but it’s in a decent area so there was no street walker/prostitute drama. 2013 #193 /365

We were traveling cross country with our dog and happened to call the knights inn to inquire about accommodations for the night. After speaking with the owner who was extremely polite, we thought we would give it a shot and stay here for he night as it is pet friendly, same price as motel 6 but also includes breakfast . While the place looks like your standard motel from the outside, the inside of the rooms were far better than what I expected(having stayed at motel 6 the previous night). Flat screen tv, fridge, digital AC, free wifi and a nice bed ! Really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it !!!

Nicely done, in a very convenient location. I stopped here on a road trip, and really liked the place. The bed and bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and located close to a restaurant and a gas station. The only two downsides were that the bathroom rod was bent and bowed(but still serviceable) and the room was very small. If you’re a solo traveler, as I am, it’s no big deal — but if you’re bringing the family, you will surely find it cramped. Also, the grout in the shower stall was discolored, though I suspect this is due to age rather than filth. I rated this four stars due to the cheapness and convenience, as well as its being reasonably clean — but don’t expect an all singing, all dancing experience. One last tip — if you drive in here on Highland Avenue, watch your driving; as there are speed traps and red light cameras all aver the place. Keep your speed to 35MPH and don’t try to beat a yellow light, and you should be fine.

My wife and I booked this hotel through . It had a 3.4 rating out of 5, so we thought it wouldn’t be that bad. The truth was that it was far worse that either of us imagined. We had to wait for 15 minutes for the hotel personnel to process our order and finally got us our keys for our room. It was difficult to see the room numbers in the dark without getting out of the car. When we found our room, it was filthy. There were empty Bacardi bottles everywhere and the bed wasn’t even made. We went back to the office(you can hardly call it a front desk) and got another room. When we got inside, the room was gross. The bathroom grout was black, the light switch covers were peeling from the wall, the bed sheets had stains, and the comforter was torn. My wife even took picture to show her brother how gross the room was. It was also a smoking room, and we asked for non-smoking. We walked outside to leave, and the hotel worker came running from the office and asked us to wait 30 minutes for him to clean the first room. He said he needed that room for a smoking customer that was coming in. It was all too much for us and we asked for a refund, which he told us we’d have to contact and get it that way.(Which I’m happy to say actually went very well, though their estimation of how long I was on hold was off by about 5 minutes.) Bottom line, avoid this place like the plague. It’s probably disease ridden as is.
