If you plan on ordering something for takeout, forget using the online ordering option. You’d be better off sending a pigeon or etching it in stone and dropping it off. We were told they«don’t receive» the online orders. This was for a large catering to go order for a business. Seems like an easily fixed issue. Terrible management. Go next door to Whole Foods and get a sandwich.

Disappointing service and disappointing food. I didn’t even finish my Southwest Cobb Salad because it tasted too salty. The best part of the experience was the TV which isn’t saying much. I would rather do Subway any day of the week.

Okay food. Pricey for what you get. Service Horrible. Met a gal named Paula at a fundraiser and she was super sweet so later in the day when my husband and I decided to grab supper we figured we would try McAlister’s(the soup we had tried earlier had been good). Unfortunately for us we had the misfortune of having Bri-Ana take our order and then proceed to do nothing while our to-go order sat on a counter for over 10 minutes. Had we known it was our food sitting there getting cold we would have said something much earlier but seeing as we were sitting in front of the counter and the employee herself it hadn’t crossed our minds. When my husband made eye contact Briana, with an attitude, meandered to the counter mumbled our name and handed over the bag that had been sitting on the counter. Wow really? My only thought is if you hate your job don’t make patrons suffer.
