Surprisingly our dinner was good! My bf and I kept saying to eachother that we shouldn’t expect too much due to the bad ratings on Unilocal… but it turned out pretty ok. Steak was perfectly seasoned and very well cooked, but are they consistent or did we came on a good night? Lobsters were fresh and delicious, I didn’t care for the lobster cake on top of my lobster, it was too heavy. One of my lobster was overcooked so it became dry and chewy. My green beans were also over cooked and wilted. But overall service was good, food well seasoned, lobster was fresh, steak was perfect.

The food here is average, about what you can expect. Hey, it’s a chain. However the real story here was the waitress we had, Breanna! She’s amazing. So friendly and on top of everything. If you come to this location see her!

My cousin an I were trying to grab a meal before heading to a weeding rehearsal. Big mistake. We decided to belly up to the Bar in an effort to get in and out as quickly as possible. After at long delay we finally got the attention of the bartender. After getting menus she returned to her smartphone and numerous co-workers milling about. While you expect casual conversation in any environment this looked more like a high school between classes. Lot of loud milling around but no real work Brin done. After just under 20 minutes we received our food. Again we waited then finally requested flatware. For a relatively budget conscious restaurant the food was decent however my cousins drink was subpar at best and the overall experience and interaction with the staff far stripped away the dining experience. This could be just an anomaly however if given the chance to dine there again I’ll probably pass.

I know it’s Sunday and I should have known(common sense) wise that this place would be well over crowded. The hostess was no where near to great me for at least 5minutes. Other staff members continued to walk by the front door with no greet or hello. Then there was a 45minute wait . Which is too long for my stomach to bare. Sooo I went over to Olive Garden

I said in my last review i’d probably not return again, but my daughter was craving their cheese biscuits and she insisted. I’m glad she did insist because we had a good meal and my faith was renewed again in this Red Lobster. I had the maple glazed chicken and this time it was nice and juicy. The cheese biscuits were warm and yummy, a far cry from last visit when they were small, harrd, and cold. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer and this time, the shrimp were large, cooked perfectly, and tasted wonderful. My daughter had the snow crab legs and her friend had the salmon. They both enjoyed their entrees with no complaints, although, my daughter did say the crab at Crab’s Shack House on Old Canton Rd is much better(I have to agree with her there). Service was great. Our server was swamped, but he didn’t forget anything, checked on us often, and kept our glasses filled. Not sure how he pulled it off with as many tables as he had. Other servers should take lessons from him! I’m still only giving 3 stars rather than 4 because the one and only other experience I had here was awful. Hopefully, last time was just a fluke and they were having an off night. If service and food continue to be like this visit, they get a solid 4 stars.
