History

Established in 1966.

Long time owner Margaret McMullen passed the store on to her son, and his wife. In November, 2013, wanting to spend more time in the country with their children and grandchildren, Mark and Sarah sold the store to Chris and Missie McCoy, long time customers.

Chris and Missie are looking forward to many years of serving the readers of Jackson and surrounding areas, along with their full time manager, Cheryl.

Avid reader of a wide variety of books, Chris has always wanted to own a bookstore, when the opportunity arose, he jumped at it. He now spends almost every Saturday surrounded by books and spending time with the wide variety of customers who come through his doors.
