Couldn’t agree more with Emily. The store is nicely curated, but the clothes themselves are rather boring, middle-of-the-road choices. I never realized until recently, though, that they don’t accept cards, checks, even debit for on-sale merchandise. Only cash! Hmmm… seems like some fishy accounting. And, of course, their return policy is horrible. So here’s the thing: Why fool with snooty salespeople, pressure, having to walk to the ATM and a horrible return policy when you can order the same run-of-the-mill brands(Nannette Lepore, Milly, etc.) online with free shipping and none of the hassle?

I always find myself in this store because of the beautiful displays in the windows. However, once I go in, I am immediately reminded of why I never enjoy shopping here. The staff act snooty and are not sincerely friendly. The clothes are overpriced, and I normally don’t mind spending a good amount of money for a lasting piece. Their choices seem… oookay but I’ve never felt like I had to have anything that I saw in this store. I think my main complaint with this store is that I don’t want to spend my money at a place where the staff acts like they are better than me. It is a definite turn off and leaves me running for another boutique that appreciates my business.
