I came into the Verizon Jax Beach location to upgrade to an IPhone 6. I met Wesley M. inside. Wesley was not only very knowledgable of the various products I was interested in but had a professional demeanor and was able to explain to me how exactly every bill was allocated to the account. I was very pleased!

Stay away!!! When I went up there my bill was only 154.00 a month. I had an upgrade and had the cash in hand for the upgrade! Was talked into getting the edge program so I was eligible to get some accessories and was told my bill was going to only go up $ 2.00 a month. Well now my bill is almost $ 180.00!!! Every time I call Verizon they bring up how majority of that is the edge program and they keep giving me the run around! Verizon is over priced and will scam you in a heart beat! So if that’s the route you insist on going be extremely careful! They’ll tell you any lie you want to hear to get you latched into that contract and won’t budge to help you! So fed up and over this.
