I researched the pilates studios in the area and selected Pilates on 3rd. I am from Miami Beach and am addicted to pilates, specifically Pilates One in Miami. The Miami studio’s owner was trained by a student of Joseph Pilates. When I tell you that the Pilates on 3rd class was almost identical to my Miami’s amazing studio, I do not exaggerate. The owner is truly spectacular! Thank you Pilates 3rd.

I’ve been going to Pilates here for about a month and a half. The instructors are really great and very welcoming for a newbie like myself. However, if you are a Pilates pro, you will get a hard core workout as well. Really love the energy of the studio. Will have to try yoga and the other classes as well. Highly recommend.
