4:00 Mind Body — nice! Lovely welcome to the weekend. Fabulous energy and sharing. We had just checked into the Palms Retro Hotel & managed to pop in for the class. Nicely attended by about a dozen of us. Many thanks. Loved the eye bag finish — great fragrance

I live on the Westside of town, but have found myself out that way recently and decided to fill my time with some yoga. I’m so glad I did! The studio is great. It’s tucked away, but I like that because that means you don’t have to drive around for 15 min looking for parking. I attended the mixed level classes 3 weeks in a row and loved it! I’ve had three different teachers, all of whom had their own style, but all were knowledgeable and welcoming. All the teachers were very focused on making sure your practice was your own and you were doing it safely. I was thrilled to find Yoga Mix, but I’m bummed that I love them so much since I can’t attend on a regular basis. The Westside/​Orange Park area needs more yoga options!

I love this studio, I just started going here in hopes of trying out new studios around the beaches. As always, everyone is very welcoming and you will be able to practice yoga freely without judgement :)
I like location because parking is not an issue. There’s also lots of yoga classes scheduled on a day to day basis, with various types of yoga, too. The first class is free and they offer a $ 30 for 30 days deal to new students. They play music throughout the class, which I love! However, my first class (a power hour class at 5:45 pm) was so crowded, it was literally packed (which I thought was awesome!) but the music got a bit too loud at times and I couldn’t really hear the teacher. Other than that, I’m having a great time at Yoga Mix :)

Nicole, the owner, is the heart and soul of this wonderful studio tucked away in a strip mall on third street in Neptune Beach. I’ve been a regular for over a year and have been so enriched by it. The price plans are so affordable, and the classes are varied and plentiful. Every type of class is offered, including special workshops. I highly recommend.

Wonderful studio! All the teachers are great and studio has such positive energy! I would highly recommend Yoga Mix to people new to the practice as well as those with experience. There is something for everyone & several types of classes are offered. Even yoga paddle boarding & private wedding morning sessions! The blend of music & style is excellent & I am glad to have found this wonderful place to rest the mind while strengthening the body.

Nicole is awesome. The studio is great, clean, and they have everything a yogi could need. I recommend yoga students of all levels try Yoga Mix. Fantastic.
