I do not care if they offer to move you for free DO NOT use this company!!! They are unprofessional, ill mannered, and utterly incompetent, Sadly I have had the misfortune of witnessing people not perform a job even to subpar satisfaction for the 2 hours we paid through Groupon for their services and 30 seconds before the time was up we were informed we need to pay them 500.00 dollars or they were done and had barely done anything!!! I would not recommend anyone use them to move my dogs house much less my home. Be warned DO NOT use this company you will regret your decision if you do.

Do NOT use this company. I found them on Groupon. First red flag should have been that I had to prepay. I should have known better. I was scheduled to move between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. They called the day before to confirm. My move date comes and no one shows up. at 9:15, I call them and the idiot on the phone says they are running a little behind. They were four hours away! I needed to be at my new place by a certain time to get the keys and they knew that. I had to get someone else to come help me and spent another $ 800 getting a truck and having to move it ourselves. I told them I would like a refund and they are telling me that they are keeping $ 350 for a cancellation fee when I didn’t cancel, they never showed up! When they told me they were going to issue a refund, they told me it was the whole amount, not minus $ 350. This company is a scam. Do NOT use this company. The person on the phone barely speaks English and they are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

Horrible customer service. I called before purchasing a Groupon to ask about additional charges. The lady said there was only a refundable booking fee. Then the movers showed up and had me sign a start time only. Then when we got to my destination presented a bill for fuel and driver charge. The «supervisor» said the lady who told me there would be no fuel or driver charge was fired and she misinformed many customers. So I was penalized for a bad employee. As well as a rude «supervisor» who told me he company would take me to court for 150 $. Save your time and hassle. Hire B&B movers.
