I left a good review and then realized when I got my phone back that it was in fact not fixed at all! In trying to press the screen back in it cracked again. They refused to honor it and wanted to charge us again!
Do not waste your time with this service– there are much better places that are less expensive and guarantee their services.

do NOT buy from this company. EVER. not a phone case, nor fix your screen with the phone spa they have right in front of Oakley next to Urban Outfitters. both kiosks are owned by the same company/​owner. I repeat: DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner, Steve, who is an extremely greedy man, buys very low quality screens and sells them extremely over priced. And no offense to the employees, but they don’t know what they’re doing either, which is the company’s fault in poorly training them. I replaced my iPhone screen with them, and ended up having to buy a new phone. I’m very upset with the company and the owner, and would never recommend this company to anyone.
