Probably the WORST service I have seen in the 15 years I’ve had mobile service. Never been a t-​mobile fan and definitely will not be considering them if their other service locations are anything like this one. No attention no patience no explanation no advise. Most time was spent giggling and flirting with other customers. Pathetic service

I upgraded my iPhone here using the Jump! program. After having to leave and come back an hour later so that they could get the right phone for me from the back, we sat around for an hour or more as the person helping me was supposedly transferring my pictures, etc., to my new phone. Then, she said it was all transferring on the Cloud, so we should just go home, and it’ll finish transferring when it had wifi again. Well, guess what? I lost over 1,000 pictures, all of my notes, and God only knows what else. I’m still discovering things that aren’t there. I’m not sure what she did transfer.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO TRANSFER YOUR DATA!
