5 starts does not cut it to put it simply. Michael and his team will bend over backwards to uphold their high standard of service. I truly never seen a company like this one they’re the real deal and are in it for the right reasons. I appreciate the great job you done in my office space. Hopefuly won’t need your services too soon but if I do KOPE will be the first I call! Thanks!

Outstanding service… this company is the best! If you need to get rid of any pests, this is the team you want to call. Costomer service friendly, attentive, thorough… and their performance was 5 star across the board. Michael is awesome! Rats are gone and I’m ahappy home owner… thanks Michael!

Horrible service, they are just here to exterminate your wallet of money. They charged us $ 680 to get rid of some rats in a house we were moving into. This consisted of them coming out and putting traps around the house and saying they would be back every few days to a week to check the traps. This was on 10−8−15, we have not seen them since. We also signed up for a monthly pest control service for which we payed $ 110. They sprayed the house once and we have not heard from them again until we called today to cancel the service. They did offer me free pest control for 6 months but I declined because I doubt they would have showed up anyway. If you don’t enjoy being ripped off I would highly suggest calling another company.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Had them come out and do a termite treatment in my home. They gave me a great price and did a verily clean job! Very personable too.

I didn’t think about it, but after you tent the house (which only kills whats inside and some insects) you need to spray the lawn and fumigate the interior.
The guys at knocked out were ready to step in as soon as the house was ready to get sprayed. Provided a unscented with minimal residue chemical. I have not had a problem and its been two weeks. See you in a few months.
