The donuts can’t be beat when they are hot! The venue is nice and new, but the price is too high.

Customer service could be better. I go out of my way to be polite at the drive through & they’re always silent or openly rude. Donuts are wonderful, couldn’t be better but, no matter the location, their coffee is horrible. Seriously, it’s horrible. Not old or cold, just horrible.

This review is regarding the rude service we received not the quality of food. We walked in the store and a lady in the back who was in the middle of icing chocolate donuts politely said, «I’ll be right with you.» To which we replied, «no problem.» The supervisor who clearly did not hear the exchange, came over to «help» us, visibly annoyed. I proceeded to order a half dozen variety and let her know that we had a coupon for two dozen glazed donuts. «We don’t take corporate coupons,» she snapped. Okay — I thought to myself — «no big deal,» I said. My husband in a normal voice told her the variety of donuts we wanted for our half dozen. She grabbed the wrong ones so I politely spoke up and corrected what she was grabbing. «Well I didn’t know,» the supervisor muttered. At this point my husband was pissed and walked away. As she was getting our glazed donuts off of the conveyor belt, she raised her voice and snapped at her colleagues towards the back — something along the lines of I need help up here. We were the only people in the store. There was one car in the drive through. Annoyed that her comments seemed directed at the nice lady who said, «be right with you» I spoke up and in a calm voice told the supervisor that the woman in the back had offered to help before she stormed over. Her attitude changed slightly and she quickly tried to cover saying she was talking to someone in her head phones. Well, if that was the case — the nice lady in the back would not have stopped what she was doing to walk to the front to calmly ask the supervisor, «sorry what did you say, I couldn’t hear you.» I followed her to the register and asked if we could get two small decaf coffees. She plainly said they didn’t have any and she clearly had no interest in making any(thanks Starbucks down the road who was also out, but happily accommodated our order). Because of my earlier sticking up for the lady in the back — she half ass asked if we were military so we could get the discount. «Do you have your id,» she barked at my husband who was not even with me at the register. It was visibly a forced attempt to redeem the experience — fail. We all have bad days, but when you work in customer service(and I speak from personal job experience), you are polite to your customers and professionally address problems with your colleagues out of sight.

I love Krispy Kreme, and I live so close! We always get excellent service and great donuts. I’d definitely take this over dunkin donuts.

Tall dark roast coffee is perfect on a cold morning! I like it better than Dunkin’ Donuts. My opinion.

The doughnuts are good but the people that work there are rude, which is disappointing since they haven’t been open that long.

Lol it’s Krispy Kreme, the place wasn’t bad but get the doughnuts fresh I got a few cold ones and well my boys didn’t mind but I did. It don’t like my doughnuts stiff.

I am a big fan of places that allow you to watch your food being prepared, but Krispy Kreme takes to the next level. I could spend hours watching that magic glazed donut machine crank out donut after donut. With that being said, simply making a spectacle out of frying a donut is one thing, but it doesn’t mean anything unless the donut is tasty. Luckily, these donuts are very tasty. The main advantage of coming to a Krispy Kreme is the bright neon red assurance that your donuts are in fact hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Eating a glazed donut right off the line(for free!!) is an experience that is unrivaled. The only drawback to this location is that the staff is a little on the untrained side of the food industry competency spectrum(FICS as it’s known in the industry). It may take a few minutes to get your drink made, and they may fudge your order here and there, but they are always quick to remedy the problem and ensure that you leave satisfied. This place makes me happy. I hope you enjoy it too. Thanks guys.

Just a few words of advice… don’t put the ‘hot and ready’ sign on unless they actually are. Just to be fair, they did offer a free dozen regular ones since we had waited so long, but that’s not what we came for.

This place was a fun entertaining stop as we were able to watch the whole process that doughnuts were made. The cashier that served us was very pleasant and recommended several items while the cashier we paid was lacking in conversational abilities. The doughnuts were to die for. I would always recommend goin here.

I feel like the«newness» of it should be over… but here we are, close to 9pm, and 10th in the drive thru line. Line seems longer inside.(I’ve gone in instead and the line process is kind of difficult… stand in line to get donuts then stand in another line to pay?) Anyway, can’t beat hot donuts and the cookie dough one this month? Yum!

The best/my favorite glazed donut in all the world. Sugar coated air. And now it’s in J-Vegas…this place may just become tolerable after all. The lines have died down following the rush just after opening, but it can still be occasionally busy. The staff are friendly enough, but still seem a bit overwhelmed at times and would do well to remember that they should keep their heads on a swivel and keep track of who’s in line and what’s stacking up. The donuts are great, there’s no question there. I’m used to more established locations where things are smooth enough that when the«hot donut» sign is on, they essentially throw free glazed donuts at you while you’re waiting in line(have yet to receive one). Will I go back? Absolutely. I have high hopes that they’re able to grow into their popularity.

The donuts are good don’t get me wrong but there’s just a lot of commotion near the place there’s the new old Chicago and the movie theaters is just a whole big mess they definitely should’ve picked a better location ps. It’s quicker if you go inside

To be fair, this is a new location & they are super busy so I know it’s going to take some time for them to work out the kinks… But, I wish my visits here could at least be consistent. I mean, I go at night & the crew is super nice, my donuts are great & I’m happy. Then I go there in the morning & my donuts are gross & the women behind the counter are yelling at me. I’m guessing they’ll get it together at some point but for now, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Crazy busy, so we literally waited an hour or more in the drive through waiting to order(within the opening week). When we finally got our doughnuts, part of them were warm and delicious, while some were obviously not so fresh. Will most likely go again after the new wears off. Ain’t nobody got time to wait in line for an hour for doughnuts.

I wanted my kids to have a fun experience picking out their doughnuts, their experience was ok. The girl behind the counter was impatient and not to friendly I understand it was crowded because they just opened. My kids still picked out their doughnuts, doughnuts were good.

This place is nuts !! People act as if they have never seen a doughnut shop before its definitely packed .I think they can use improvements and making sure the put filling inside a dognut that’s supposed to have it. Training needed still at this location. Donut’s were ok.

I am SOEXCITED Jacksonville finally has a Krispy Kreme Doughnut Company. This one is in a great location on Western Blvd., close to the Henderson intersection. Because it’s brand new it’s still busy and you may experience a wait, depending on what time you come. But don’t let that stop you. KKD has THEBEST doughnuts, and the staff here is amazing, friendly, and quick with your order. I think this is about to be a new frequent favorite!
