I needed emergency glasses today. I stopped in the store and they were very helpful. I was able to get out with the new pair of glasses and less than an hour. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance and the options I had with the insurance. They were even able to save me money on top of the insurance. The store is clean and well organized. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at Pro Vision on San Jose today.
