I sent a business suit in to be cleaned. I had worn it 4 times and then got a chicken soup spill on the lapel. The first time it came back the soup was still there so I sent it back. When it came back it looks as though it was put in a regular washer and dryer. The seams are all puckered, the material ragged, and the jacket was a few shades lighter. The girl asked me what was wrong like it should normally look like I cleaned the bathroom floor with it… I am so mad… that was an expensive suit top… ruined… not going back… ever.

This establishment gave me someone else’s clothes, not once, but TWICE! This tendency explains why on more than one occasion, they have failed to give me all my clothing items or asked me if I remembered what I brought in because they were unsure which items were mine. I’ve given Shretta’s numerous second chances but with the most recent episode of giving me someone else’s clothing, I know that I just can’t trust them with my business. You have been warned!

Working in Jacksonville, FL for about a month and needed some dry cleaning done on a suit.
This place has ON SIGHT dry cleaning (very rare to find that) and do OVERNIGHT… I literally had my stuff the next day.
And if you are a first time customer its 20%…and they have a website where you can grab a coupon for the same discount. Def. going to come back when I’m back for work.
