When we first moved in here I LOVED it. Nothing to complain about, we had the valet trash and had this package deal for our water our electricity etc taken care of for about 1000ish and included our pet fee early on. NOW there’s no trash valet the compact trash is ALWAYS full and now there’s a fine for leaving your trash on your balcony/patio, or around the compact trash. They’re always emailing with NEW fines they have made up and is now coming off as nagging the people who live here. I’ve had my packages stolen from here at least 3 times and when I complain they tell me there is NOTHING they can do about it except tell the people who deliver the mail that packages are to be brought to the front office. I am way too excited to be moving out.

Updating my review. It’s been about six months living here and at first, this was a great place. Now? Not so much. If y’all plan on moving here, I would HIGHLYRECOMMEND signing up for SIXMONTHSLEASE and not 12 months(even if you’re in military, we learned the hard way). They have officially removed the trash valet so you have to walk quite a distance just to throw out your trash; however, it is on the way out so you can drive your trash to the garbage compact or whatever it is called, but who wants to put(a) trash bag(s) in their car? We don’t. The only nice upgrade was the dog park(fake grass). Also to update, the fine on the dog poop is $ 250. We don’t do this, but were thinking about it since a few neighbors were doing it: to put the trash on the balcony until ready to take out(like a few out a time or something), but there’s a fine to that too of $ 50. I should’ve known from the beginning since I mentioned so many fees that this place was too good to be true. For those that have a 12 month lease, here are the«liabilities» for early termination(since ITISNOT stated in their contract): Within 90 days of end date: 1 month rent Within 90 – 120 days of end date: 1 ½ month rent Over 120 days of end date: 2 months rent (base rent*) We’re getting out of here ASAP.
