The UPS Store

This store was fantastic. All the previous reviews were poor so was not sure about going since I was from out of town but they were great. Very pleasant. Helpful. Answered all my questions. Asked others if they needed help and even offered services. I would use this UPS office again if I am in town and need to ship something. They were more than I expected!

Friendly service and quick in and quick out. Very no nonsense.
I had a package that needed to be sent back to
and within 90 seconds I was in/​out with my receipt. Second time, same thing, recommended least expensive packaging and 180 seconds, I was out the door.
Love this place.

Terrible costumer service. No one wants to help or answer questions. They have rude and short responses. In conclusion I will never use this branch again.

Wow. I’m not sure what I was expecting here but definitely not what I got. I had to drop off an Apple product to ship it back and the guy from the Apple service center assured me that they do this all the time and the UPS store will know what to do. There were two young girls working the day that I went in and they were both next to clueless on what to do. They said they get other products but had never seen an Apple request before. Ok, understandable. They muddled their way through the process but what makes me give this place a 2 star rating was that they were discussing calling their boss to get directions but were afraid to because he might get upset. I have a problem with any place that doesn’t encourage their employees to ask for help when they need it. If it were a simple order that would be one thing, but this was the first time they had returned a product to Apple so they should have felt like it was okay to ask for help.

#Jacksonville — Friendly enough service, store was kinda dirty/​cluttered. Had a notary done, pretty simple stuff, cost $ 10 bucks and was out the door. Can’t say much more.

Ugh. If I wanted to be treated badly, I would just go to the post office. I use this place often since it is by my house. However their customer service is lacking. Normally I would not care how workers act but since its expensive to ship things here, I expect people to be a least at the bare minimum nice, but not at this place. If you have money to spend on shipping and want to be treated badly come here. Otherwise save your money and go to the post office.
