The owner is such a thief I went in at 4:30 pm and I was waiting for an hour for my turn then I ended up paying 120 plus tips by 7:30 I couldn’t find the right color so they were rushing me to leave after I spent 120+ not only that the lady picked the wrong colors for my nails and also they charged me for my nails for gel manicure and they didn’t even paint my nails I wasn’t happy so I called the cops because she wouldn’t give me back a refund on my nails the cops came and she refused to give me my money still. I didn’t call the cops for $ 20 it’s just the principal the service was horrible they weren’t professional. Do not go to Ann nails

Do not go there. Yes it is cheap. But I rather pay double. I just got a regular mani. This lady cut my cuticles and it started bleeding. She didn’t even apologize. There was still blood on my finger when I left the salon. Never again will I go back. It’s a shame cause it was my second time and the first time another lady really did a good job and was nice. But this woman… Impolite and incompetent. The owner of the salon doesn’t bother to greet her customers.
It’s sad because I would love to support local businesses and I would be generous with tipping if the job is done right and the ppl are friendly. Unfortunately not in this salon.

This place is terrible went there for a pedicure, to soak off my acrylic nails and have them redone. She finished my pedicure in less than five minutes, polish was thin and end result was sloppy. I could have done a better job myself. The sterilization process for the tools/​equipment is inadequate. Instead of allowing me to soak off the acrylic completely she use the machine therefore damaging and thinning out my actual nails. I ended up walking out without allowing her to complete the service. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Its a decent place. I come here because the nail technicians actually know how to take care of my feet and hands. Its may not be the prettiest place but they know what they are doing.

My honest review of this place is… I go here (well, I used to go here) for my eyebrows. They always seem to do them right but I had to find somebody else ya’ll…here’s the tea…
So I went today to get a pedicure and the owner (the older Asian lady) was NOT there and when she’s not… talk about an animal house. Those women act like children when the teacher leaves the classroom for two seconds… talking and actin ignorant and ish! So I go, ask for a pedicure, the lady points me to the nail chair and I sit… and sit… and sit… for a long time… No service… They have one customer and it’s like 8 workers just… talking. (Which I don’t understand b/​c ya’ll see each other EVERYDAY! What could ya’ll possibly be talking about!?) SO I got up, put my flip flops on and walked out. As I walk out-​these hoes all stop talkin and one says «Bye»! –like…you did us a favor by leaving. And I sho’nuff did and took my marvelous feet, money and 50% tip someplace else.
My new nail place is still on the ave. It’s an older crowd of clients (which is always better anyway) which normally equates to good, clean and detailed service. Avoid this place… oh one last thing… if the owner dares to read this… the employees adjust the clock in this salon so when you leave and go to the shop around the corner, they move the hand on the clock a hour ahead so they can leave early… that is all!

wish i would have read this before going… i needed a filling… ugh the worst! they didnt fil or shape my nails properly… i needed one nail repaired which fell off a couple days later… never again…

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They do not sterilize their tools! It is dangerous and NOT WORTH THE RISK. Trust me, the last time I got a pedi there I got a very bad foot infection, ended up in the ER, lost three days of work and was in agonizing pain. This place should be shut down. There’s another place around the corner from them a few doors down from Wendy’s, don’t go there either, same owners, same lack of sterilization.
