Normally I’ll get the Buddhist Delight or Broccoli with Garlic Sauce when I order from them. I’d like if they gave you more rice with the dishes, but it’s not that expensive to order more rice anyway. Their broccoli is almost always perfectly soft. I think they also put bamboo shoots in the Buddhist Delight which is nice, their fried tofu is also good. The menu says that it’s spicy but it isn’t really spicy in my opinion. They’re average, I don’t really understand all of the hate a lot of the other reviews are giving them. Then again everyone is complaining about meat dishes, I’ve never ordered meat from them. I’ve never had any problems with the staff either. Wish they offered Buddhist Delight as a lunch special, the lunch specials aren’t exactly veg-friendly.

Just average Chinese food. I only go there because it’s conveniently located to train, nail salon, drug store, etc. if you’re looking for better quality go two blocks to maxim garden

Food is worse now since the owner has changed. I ordered a platter of wings and French fries, and specifically stated do not over fry chicken wings as it has already been pre fried and over frying wings will make it hard. When I came home chicken wings were over fried, and it looked more like 4 pieces of pigeon wings then 4 chicken wings. It was so tiny. If the prior owner was there and she saw that the wings were small she would put in a additional wing.

This place deserves NO star! Dirty place, food way over cooked u can’t even eat it. They are not the same owners, don’t be fooled. The staff forget it! They are so rude and disrespectful to customers, especially the ethnic customers. We must stop supporting this place, especially when they treat u like they don’t need your money. Also, the A grade they have on the menus are false. This store hasn’t been graded since early 2000’s! Trust me I am doing u a favor, not to waste your time and money, bc this take out hole is not worth it! Can’t be the same owners.

i had late lunch here and had their chicken chow mein from their lunch special list. at $ 6+, i believe the meal’s a great deal; i found it specially tasty which was rather unusual as I was expecting it won’t be that good. the chicken came out well sauted, soft, flavorful plus the rice wasn’t greasy. i guess the chef got the flavor right this time LOL, which i hope is consistent for all customers. many phone-in orders came in while i was having my lunch and i noticed that these were regulars who soon showed up to pick their orders up on their way to their destinations. service was OK, as usual.

Anybody want to try Chicken fry with feathers dangling from it? !! go ahead and try this place! I made the mistake of ordering from this place the 1st day we moved to the area! Never again! Am not even sure about how the food tastes because the very sight of the feather in chicken almost made me puke and the entire food was thrown away immediately!

One of the better Chinese fast food joints in queens. Everything is pretty good. But the chicken noodle soup is pretty bland. Their fried apples are yummy.

The service here sucks Yeah, the food is alright(notice I said it’s just alright cause it’s not thaaaat great) but the people there are just plain rude and nasty. They kinda have this I don’t need your buisiness type of attitude. They take waaaaaaaaay too long when you go there. I went there and ordered a wonton soup and that took like 10 minutes!!! Tell me how it takes that long to put soup in A damn cup. Forget when I order anything they have to cook, I’ll be sitting there at least a half hour. Do yourself a favor and go to joy kitchen 2 blocks away. It’s so much nicer, tastes great and you won’t waste your lifetime waiting for a plate of chicken with broccoli.

I’m gonna let you in on one thing. I was there maybe 30 minutes before the close, was a long night in college. After I ordered I stood by the counter waiting for my food. What I saw next made me wanna puke. One of the chef filled a wok(the ones they cook with) with hot water, puts his mop into the wok and proceeds to cleaning the kitchen with it. GROSS. Their food is meh … I haven’t been back since the incident and I don’t think I’ll ever go back for the food.

The food is decent but the prices are to high. Combo meals are around the 6 to 7 dollar mark when they should be around the 5 to 6 dollar mark. This is not a big deal but there are like 4 chinese food places within a 2 block radius. I found the wait time to be to long compared to the other chinese food places. The girl behind the counter can be rude also. My wife used to buy food there all the time but they started ignoring her the more she went. Her food would be ready and they would take other orders before giving her food and also give other food to other people. I find that acceptable behavior. Try Maxim, Joy Kitchen or King chef if you want quick good food with the service to match.

One of the best American Chinese food restaurants. Everything is always fresh and hot. The General Tso’s is actually quite spicy and flavorful — not just fried chicken pieces covered in a sticky brown sauce. The Sweet & Sour doesn’t have veggies but is still delicious. Lo mein and fried rice have large pieces of chicken and veggies. Great lunch specials.
