This place was great ! I’ve gotten my nose ring done and my first tattoo done here at Dragonfly 2 ! They are very friendly and the place is very clean. So no need to worry about any insecurities. I went back once because the diamond from my nose ring came off, I came back and he gave me another ring free of charge. They tell you how to properly take care of your piercings and tattoos. Nothing is rushed and everything is done in a timely manner.

Came here for my first tattoo and navel piercing and was 100% satisfied. John did both and he was nice and took his time. They are very clean and friendly. Definitely the only place I’m going to get any other tattoo

I got my very first tattoo here, and after he was done he didn’t tell me how to take care of it. He just got up and left and attended to another customer. Fast forward to when the scabs fall off and I realize a small part of the tattoo is messed up and I need a touch up, I go in and they say the artist who did it has to touch it up and he’s not in, so I ask them if they can color in another small star I got done and they still say no, they won’t touch it. Long story short never going here again, I’ll go to a different tattoo shop to fix my problem.

I just left this place not even an hour ago, and i regret going there. Big Fish on 165th(The Coli Block) is my general go to for piercings. But I wanted to try out a new place that wasn’t located in the back of a coat store. so i went here… shame on me. First off I came here 3 weeks ago and asked for pricing for a tongue web, guy says $ 20, i say okay i’ll come back… WELL I came back today and I hand an asian guy 1 college i. d and 1 high school i.d. he continues to ask me if i’m really over 18 as if he never saw the i. d’s(i’ll admit, i always hear the you look 16 thing, but i’m not) after pressing me about my age, he tells me the price is $ 25. I tell him i just came here and they told me $ 20, he proceeds to tell me it’s actually $ 30, he gave me a discount. LIKEWTF? How do you guys just change prices like that!?? So I had a 10 minute wait time, I go in & the piercer was HORRIBLY rude! I was trying to be jolly even though I was shaking & nervous as hell & actually wanting to call it quits. I’m asking him questions and he had this kinda«whatever» attitude. Answer’s were very«yeah» «no» So i put my tongue in «tongue web position» but i was so nervous so it kept moving(like a tongue does) this jerk was like«omg keep your tongue still» sucking his teeth at me! cursing in korean or whatever language he speaks. It made me really uneasy and uncomfortable. But I went through with it(even though the piercer had an attitude the whole time.) Once he finishes he rushes away from me. No care instructions, No «there we go that wasn’t so hard» NOTHING just got up and handled a new customer. NEEDLESS to say I will not be coming back here..

Getting a tattoo isn’t an easy choice since its something you get stuck with for the rest of your life, so make sure you’re 101% sure you want one. I’ve been contemplating whether I should get one for the last year, and when I finally found a design I knew I could live with forever, I started looking for a place to go. My friend Irene recommended this place since she got one of hers done here, and so has her co-worker. The prices are reasonable, I got quoted $ 40 for a wrist tattoo. When we walked into the place, i noticed the benches in the center of the receiving area and the tattoo samples on the wall. The place was pretty clean, and the guys behind the counter were very friendly. After we finalized the design and paper work, off to the back we went. In the back, there are different sections where people can get their tattoos done. It was clean, and made me feel a little more confident getting my first tattoo done here. Atto, the Korean guy who did my tattoo was very friendly, he kept reassuring me and did a lot of small talk to help me feel comfortable and it actually worked. The jitters and fright actually went away as we chatted away and my tattoo was done before I knew it! The only cons of this place is, if you didn’t know it existed, you would never find it. Other than that, I love the place and would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo :)
