This review comes all the way from the land of Aloha… Now that sounds like my self-introduction in the Miss America pageant. HA! But this is exactly where I am and despite the distance(the continental US& Pacific Ocean), I can still see what spectacular customer service that this place provides. Here’s my deal… Mom-dukes lives in Jamaica Estates. Birthday just around the corner and I think that she would really like an edible arrangement. She loved my dad’s bouquet a few months ago… so why not!?! Ordered… confirmed…all good, until… Snow-pocalypse 2016! The store manager called me on the morning of my mother’s birthday just to let me know that she will be unable to deliver. She had already contacted my dad… she had his info from the previous order. She understood that I was half a world away and wanted to keep the birthday delivery a surprise. Not only was the manager a super sleuth for locating my previous ordering history, but she wanted to help preserve the surprise for the birthday celebrant. Little did she know that there is absolutely NOWAY to keep a secret from my mother! Delivered a bit late… and totally beyond her control but the level of customer service was par none! Thank you so much for helping me to bring a bit of sunshine to my mom’s face!

Okay… Just got off the phone with Chris and I must say she is Amazing! I called to alter my online order, which she had no problems doing. Then I came across a larger, yet very similar order that I preferred instead. Yes people… I called again. Needless to say, I explained my new dilemma and she immediately fixed it. By the way, I failed to mention this was a delivery order placed literally less than an hour before closing. Wow! Could you imagine how awesome it would be if all businesses catered to the spontaneous. Thumbs up to Chris and the entire staff at Edible Arrangements. YOUGUYSROCK!!! Came at closing time but they were able to make one right away! They even gave my son a sample to taste. I would definitely come again. Friendly staff as well.

Excellent customer service. The quality of the fruit was superb! I walked in and ordered for pickup & didn’t have to wait long at all. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

I love white chocolate covered strawberries. Till death do we part. And thus i had to give Edible arrangements by my house a quick shout out. Aside from being nice gifts, I pick up orders for myself, just to eat. Fruit is always fresh, chocolate is always yummy, order is usually ready on time, or if not they give me a free choc covered banana to snack on, mmmm. Service is always friendly and calm, presentation is always nice, prices are always fair on all the custom orders I place. Glad there is one right by the heezy to satisfy my cravings and fulfill my gifting needs. Yea!

Edible Arrangements ruined my Valentines Day! Have you ever tried calling into a radio station for a contest and get nothing but a busy signal? I experienced that today trying to call Edible Arrangements. They must have been giving away Lady Gaga tickets because I tried calling every 10 minutes, only to get the inevitable busy signal. I mean seriously, who gets a busy signal nowadays? Only way to get one is if they disconnected their phone; which is probably what they did to avoid angry customers. Angry customers on Valentines Day no-less! Being the crafty guy that I am, I decided to call their corporate office hot-line to track my order. To my somewhat surprise, their customer service was unreachable as well! After several attempts, I finally reached a human and was reassured my order would arrive prior to 5:00pm. I remained cautiously optimistic, being that they must know the importance of customers receiving their order on Valentines Day. Alas, my faith in humanity was once again shattered, because they did not arrive at 5:00pm, nor even close to it. I finally received a phone call at 6:35pm asking me if I want them to redirect the order. I hesitantly accepted their offer and went on to bash them with this review. Horrible, horrible experience! Completely unacceptable for a reputable establishment. It may just be this branch, but as a first time customer, it certainly gave me a bad impression to never shop at Edible Arrangements again.
