As an update, I see that this place has closed down. I’m SO not surprised. It was an apalling place, with no customer service whatsoever. I never heard another word back from them, or from the gift card that i purchased this terrible bag with. They turned out to be just as bad as the store, if not worse, as they told me that it would take 3 months to resolve the matter and made me jump through hoops before finally stonewalling me. They will be getting a separate review, all of their own :)
