Consistently scores «C» in NYC Dept of health inspections. IMHO it is one of the least desirable McDonalds in Queens. Cambria Heights deserves better. They have run out of items at times too. I’ve complained to McDonald’s corporate no changes.

Horrible customer service! The staff always have an attitude and they’re always rushing for you to order your food when going through the drive-​thru. I only come here when I don’t feel like driving to Long Island. I get better service and fresh hot food out there.

I’ve been here before and customer service was non existent– I mean c’mon, you don’t expect much from McDonalds; but today was so different!
It was as if everyone had been snorting happy dust all day. I was greeted with smiles and politeness the entire time here.
Good to know that management is listening to us customers and getting rid of the ghetto trash.

This Mc Donalds is a total mismanaged store. There are times that I have come through the drive thru and they didnt have credit card receipts after charging a credit card order. They have even been out of the correct buns for the each style sandwich. The food is usually cold (like cheese no melted) and to top it all off the manager gave me a hard time getting a refill on a soda after sitting inside and having a $ 8 meal. This will be my last time coming here… only reason I have been coming back was it was the only one in the immediate area… oh well i guess I’ll will take my money elsewhere and give it to another fast food chain. If you can don’t go here.

Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times. Terrible food. All around terrible.
Message to mangement: (I know it’s McDonalds, but) take some pride in your business and hire some decent people with some customer service skills.

Very bad service. Workers have problem with customer service. My order is always wrong or missing something. When I want McDs I go to Long Island Valley Stream. It’s worth the extra drive. BEWARE!!!
