The drive thru lady cannot multitask. And had to do everything one at a time causing a crazy back smh. Made me so so late

I was charged $ 4.29 for one large French Fries, even though the other BK locations charge $ 2.71 after taxes. Plus they’re too slow and they mess up on orders.

This is a combo Popeyes and Burger King. It’s very clean, the food is great, but the service on the Popeyes side is HORRIBLE!!! They are slow, inaccurate and rude when asked to correct their mishap. I waited 15 minutes for a 2 piece chicken with 2 sides, tenders and 2 sides and a ‘rippin chicken’. Everything was already prepared(I know this because the food is right there behind the counter). When they finally prepared my order, I asked for the sauces to accompany my chicken and was given the death glare. After sitting down in this very clean establishment to FINALLY enjoy my meal, I had to send my daughter back to the counter to ask for utensils for our sides. That took another 5 minutes. The cashier completely ignored her. Again, the food was good, the place is clean… trying to focus on the positive. Lol.

Where else can you grab a «flame boiled burger» and a fried«breast/thigh and tenders» literally within six feet next to each other to order. A Burger King and a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in one restaurant. I came for the Popeyes. Ordered the Bonafided Box with a drink and tenders on the side: 2 piece, 2 tenders, mash potatoes, fries, biscuit and fries. The way the tenders and actual pieces are have a slight different and moistness/tenderness/texture and taste in the chicken and the crust. It’s not a huge difference but being a Popeyes lover I can tell the difference. I prefer the pieces(wings/thighs/breast). But my favorite is the gravy on the mash. I’m taking sometimes the gravy is better than others, but this location makes it pretty flavorful. I think Popeyes fries comes close to my fave: Burger King fries. But I still prefer BK fries. The place smells awesome on a hungry stomach when you walk in: mmm the smell of fried chicken and burgers mixed in the aroma. The décor is nice, clean tables and family/decent folks. The place had a good decent flow of customers. I have been to some trashy Poepeyes. This has got to be one of the nicer ones I have been to. I could sit there all day, just pass the remote to the television. The restaurant has a restroom. The main attraction I loved is the soda vending machine, a smaller version of the one I seen in World of Coca Cola Georgia, where you can choose from a large variety of drinks on a touch screen. Basically low sugar, caffeine free, normal soda, water, flavored, Dasani sparkling, Fanta, Yellow Mellow, Minute Maid, etc… yes refills allowed. I drank enough to be stuffed with chicken and liquid, ugh. Peach flavor trumps Lime and that sparkling water saved me from a sugar high because I refilled like four times. Just great and fun. With free parking and free wifi, it was a nice stop before getting back on the Cross Island North. Peace out Popeyes/BK of Valley Stream, until the next time. I will be back if ever in the neighborhood.

This is a Burger King/Popeye’s combo, and therefore is full of double win! Staff can be a bit surly, however.
