Wendy’s

This Wendy’s right here gets… I don’t think $ 15 will help the production and quality of work…

This is absolutely the worst fast food place I’ve been to. I started working in the fast food industry when I was 16 and I was taught better. The wait time is ridiculous, the crew honestly just doesn’t care, I NEVER get my receipt, never get a «hi how are you «or «have a good day », never get a «sorry for the wait». Honestly the only thing I could say is that I’ve never had a problem with the quality of my food other then that this place is horrible

So disappointed today I asked for a ceased salad with grilled chicken and they gave me crispy. It even says sub grilled on the receipt. Woe is the world for the future generation that can’t read. Just pathetic.

Wendy’s burgers are probably the best in taste of the more famous fast food chains. My understanding is that their burger meat is fresh and not frozen, that is probably the difference but who cares, it’s the taste that I go for!
This is by far the cleanest Wendy’s I have ever visited in my lifetime. The bathroom was clean, didn’t smell rank as most fast food joints, the staff was very friendly, and the place in general was clean and orderly! I give kudos to the staff for taking pride in their workplace.

Every time I visit this Wendy’s location I wonder how simple the hiring process must really be.
The food (if it comes out correctly) is your standard grade Wendy’s fast food… food. Wait times can drag on tremendously after hours and the staff does little to apologize or even make you feel like choosing Wendy’s was even a good choice in the first place. The hours of operation are probably the best thing about it.

This place is slower then slow and they always mess up my order. I seriously think there are two people working there.

I’m convinced that the people who work here after hours hate their job. I’m always greeted with a nasty attitude as if I’m bothering them by ordering my food. All I want is a baked potato yet I’m told there are none. I might even ask for a chocolate frosty but I’m told the machine isn’t working smh. I only come here because it’s one of the few places open until 2 AM.

I can’t speak for it during the day time, but at night I am ashamed to say that I’m a regular here. They always get my order right, food is always fresh! Fries are always hot and nuggets are always nice and crispy yet tender. Customer service? Hit or miss. But 4 stars for the hot fries and tasty nuggets!

This is the worst Wendy’s in history, I come here because it’s close to my home. I always say to myself maybe this time won’t be too bad. But of course, it’s terrible. Drive thru or inside, there is always a long wait. This time i waited forever for my salad only to my dismay to realize, it was missing the blue cheese and had the minimum amount of chicken and apple slices. I will never come back here!

This place sucks, even tho it is close to my home, I would rather go to the Franklin Square Location. Fist off they don’t really speak English very well and you have to keep repeating what you want like a dam parrot. 2. The employees there, are RUDE to the customers. 3, They have NEVER Gotten my order right. 4, The wait for the Drive– thru is 30 mins!!! EVEN is you are the only customer there!!!
Today I went there, for lunch at 11:30 I was the only Customer, the lady who took my order rushed me thru the order, and when I pulled up to the window, I payed, and then she made me pull up to the door and wait. When I asked her why I cant wait at the window since I was the only customer there, I was told «that“s our policy, to bring you your food» Really, I never heard of a Wendy“s doing that. So I pulled up, and waited, and waited, and waited, after 25 mins I went in and asked why it was taking so long for 1 burger meal, since I was the only customer there. I found 3 employees sitting in the dinning room eating, and or B.S.ING and one employee behind the counter making the meal! I was out raged, i asked to talk to the manager, and was told he wasn’t there.
One star is to much put up for this place. I believe that the Corporate office should shut this one down or get better people to staff it!!!

I’m a fan of Wendy’s, but this is probably my least favorite location. The staff was rude and very slow. I don’t think that anyone that works here really wants to be there. While I was waiting for my order, a guy who was short changed at the drive-​through waited half an hour to speak to someone, and no one gave him any mind.

if you don’t mind insanely slow & rude service from workers who you can barely understand when they speak this is the place for you

This Wendy’s is terrible. The only time I had their new burgers, I had stomach pains for 2 days after. I usually only eat the chicken sandwiches, but I have NEVER had a FRESH chicken sandwich from this place. It is always old, puny, tough or cold chicken. And the fact that at the drive-​thru they make you drive up to the door so they can bring out your food (because they have a time limit on the drive-​thru) is just plain ridiculous!!! I am disappointed every time. Two stars is too much for this place.

Finally, a Wendy’s that gets it. You pull into the drive-​thru. You say your order once. They repeat it correctly. You hand them the money, they hand you the burgers. You drive off, you’re done.

It’s a Wendy’s but this one has a drive through that is humming both day and night.
Aside from the drive through, the food is standard issue Wendy’s.
