Went to this location for the baskin Robbins ice cream… I go there all the time and it’s great but tonight there was a manager on shift her name is LIZ… this lady is the worst she gave us half scoops of ice cream… and had an attitude to take our order and she threw down our ice cream and still gave it to us… you guys need to fire this lady… one of the most inexperienced staff for a manager position… the Indian staff and managers are much better… they give better scoops of ice cream and are much nicer. She also looked dirty and she never used gloves… I ended up throwing out 20 bucks in ice cream. thanks a lot next time I’m heading to checkers

I was craving for bagel with cream cheese, came to this place and look what I got, a bagel with a little spread of cream cheese!!! I rather go to a 7 eleven to get one! Also order a small milshake and the guy put a little bit of milk with 4 scoops of ice cream, couldn’t drink it cuz it was too thick! Service was ok but very disorganize, cashier running feom one station to another! Never coming back here!

Can I just give this place NO stars? I swear they don’t sell coffee here. They serve you hot water with food colorant because this liquid does not taste like coffee nor does it give you the kick you need in the morning. You ask for stronger coffee and it comes out the same. This is my last time here. I rather drink hot toilet water.

Okay service food is up to dunkin standards which is good. But I don’t like the manager he is always hovering around and staring at customers, sometimes he even interrupts transactions that are going well. He should work on that. I like dunkin donuts so I will be back.

Ice Cream Lovers BEWARE! I ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops of Rocky Road today(picture posted) and almost swallowed a Steel Nut. I approached the girl who served it to me and showed it her and she pointed out the ice cream freezer door which was falling apart and said it might have fallen out of there. I was in shock as just moments before, in front of me ordering ice cream, was a small boy who could have been seriously injured by eating one of these — Heck! I could have been seriously injured. I asked for the manager but he was no where to be found. I got a refund. I don’t feel satisfied and I’m appalled that a store would allow their equipment to literally be falling apart into the food at what may be the expense of the consumer.
