McDonald’s

For the second time in 2 weeks, the order was wrong. I asked for a big mac meal with no lettuce and the drive thru worker repeated it correctly… so they definitely heard me. When I got home… there was shredded lettuce on the burger. There was also no sauce for the mozzarella stix for the 3^rd time.

Don’t bother coming here. Half the time the order is wrong or the cashiers can’t make proper change. I once received a chicken sandwich without the chicken. Plus even though the McDonald’s app says that this location is participating, the cashier said they don’t accept the coupons anymore and stopped about «3 months ago». I call BS.

Can’t blame McDonalds for trying.
I have heard all the hype about this sandwich and possible comparisons to Chik-​Fil-​A that I had to try it for myself.
I ordered in the drive-​thru which was very efficient. I did not peak at the chicken, but the aroma in the car was very enticing. I hurried home for the taste test.
I will dissect the $ 4.59 sandwich.
Bun — 3 stars, nice brioche bun that was toasted
Lettuce — 4 stars, really fresh and green, definitely green leaf lettuce.
Tomato — 3 stars, looks hot house grown, not much flavor, but a large slice.
Buttermilk dressing — 0 stars, yuck, not good, not tasty, more just mayo with something in it. Did not compliment the sandwich.
Chicken– 4 stars. Crispy, not dry, tender, real chicken
I would say the $ 4.59 price is about right for the size of the sandwich.
It tasted fresh, it did not make you feel like you just ate fast food crap food.
The hype about the sandwich is larger than the sandwich as it really did not met all the expectations.
This sandwich should never be compared to a Chik-​Fil-​A sandwich.
I’m my opinion and «G», Chik-​Fil-​A wins hands down.
BTW– Chik-​Fil-​A is coming to Westbury. How pray tell do I know this… a Chik-​Fil-​A manager in South Carolina showed me the proposed openings in this area. So they are coming and not just one location. Good chicken sandwiches and great service are on the way.

Newly renovated. Long drive-​thru lines at times, service is ok, they tend to mess up your order time to time, although lately they have been better. Typical McDonalds with a nicer interior than most, including flat screen TVs.

I don’t usually eat fast food but when I need to grab something I go to this mcdonalds, it’s right near my home. The line is always long for the drive through but the food is always made right. They have very friendly service and the prices are usually the same. They do run more promotions than the other mcdonalds do.

Stop by for a coffee and it took 20 minutes for them to take my order… so you think is fast food

The restaurant itself is beautiful and comfortable to eat in. However in late night runs the manager tends to yell at her employees when it starts getting busy. Other than that, my order was correct and warm.

Go to this location only for drive thru when I’m in the area and need a coffee or snack. Drive thru is slowest and consistently so. But the coffee is cheap so I deal w it.
Prices are cheaper than Long Island. Food is what you’d expect at mcdonalds.
Rating is purely for slowness of drivethru

Security is on point and accurate, service is a little slow and the orders get screwed up a little bit but I’m optimistic.

I don’t normally review McDonald’s but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my breakfast visit on the run. The place has a modern look and is kept clean. Most importantly, the STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE!!! The lady placing the items on the tray was even friendly and wanted to make sure if I needed anything else kindly. That all lead to a more enjoyable breakfast that even the food seemed better than usual! Lol.

Service is slow as hell… no matter when you go in the place is packed… on any given day the drive thru line is out onto Springfield blvd. Service could be a lot better… maybe some better managing by staff would be a start cooks seem to always being fooling around in kitchen… cashiers seem to be lazy most of the time… only good thing here is the food comes out hot
P. s. check ur order before leaving… have had issues with order being wrong even tho it was printed correctly on receipt

There wasn’t anything special about this McDonald’s but I did enjoy that they had pumpkin pie for limited time.

Came here for lunch on ⁵⁄₂₆ around 1. I was patiently waiting in line to place my order. There was one line waiting to be serve by ~3 cashiers. I was the next person waiting to be serve. The cashier let not 1 but 2 people behind me. When I confronted the cashier and let him know I was suppose to be the next person to be serve he went on and tell me there are 3 different lines. One per cashier. When I confronted the manager the manager seem to agree with him. How am I suppose to know when there’s no sign or person directing traffic? This incompetent manager and cashier hired by this particular McDonald should get some training on how to manage and serve customer. From this visit, I will not step my foot in this McDonald or maybe other McDonald ever again.

3AM. returning from some house of ill repute. I was hungry. Mmmmm cheeseburgers.

Service is ok, food tastes just like every other McDonalds. Just make sure to always double check your order before you leave.

Drive thur only… Service sucks in this place. Only eat here when it’s late and everything else is close.

If I became completely destitute you might catch me on the highway with a will work for McDonald’s fries sign because I’m a whore for the greasy salty potato slivers. That being said this ends up being one of those shiteous places that I just can’t avoid because of it’s close proximity to my house…
Every time I go I get my order all fucked up. Not only do I say it. you repeat it to me AND put it up on the screen. so what exactly happens during the time that you’re looking at the screen and putting my meal into my bag? It had reached a point that I actually became that person who wanted to speak to the manager (who conveniently never picked up the phone when I tried to call).
Then there is the sauce situation… Now I don’t know what kind of rules are standard at the McD corporation… although I did learn that for a 4 to 6 piece Mcnugget you can obtain ONE sauce… for 10 – 20 peices you can receive another sauce. But I like sweet and sour sauce on my fries and I’m not a huge nugget fan… so what’s a girl to do. They give you the death stare if you ask for a sauce as if it gets subtracted from their wages. And some places will charge you for additional sauces… are you hurting that bad McDonalds? Are there not enough of your obesity inducing establishments sprinkled across the globe. I need to speak to Ronald because this place is going on my shit list.
