I don’t usually write reviews for fast food places as most of the time. They are never anything special.
The place here was very clean and the cashiers were friendly. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with fries on the side. I also didn’t order a soda so they gave me a free biscuit.
The food tasted great also

The fried chicken here are great. Good quality, no fat, Crispy, much better than KFC. Prices are much higher than KFC but worth it. Green beans are good. Unfortunately, It’s cold.

Always double check your bag when at the drive through! They always manage to forget a something.
This is rated 1 because they require on Unilocal at least a 1 star but i’d give NO STARS.

Popeye’s is decent fried chicken. I am still a fan of the cajun rice. The spicy chicken is not that spicy and it is super oily. I know its fried chicken but to almost get squirted with every bite is unacceptable.

As much as I would love to perpetuate the stereotype. I did not like this fried chicken whatsoever. And a long time ago I was fooled by a boy in my summer camp who went BEGGING for change so he could just buy himself a biscuit from this place…
Where do I begin?
…I bit into a chicken thigh and got squirted in the eye with what I can only hope to god was oil.
I then tried to be «healthy» by asking for corn which was on the cob and mushy (KFC does its sides so much better)
And these «kill yo momma for a biscuit» .biscuits were soo doughy they must have been undercooked.
Plus this chick at the front counter had no manners whatsoever and I don’t care if its a fast food chain you can at least not turn your back on me as your way of telling me our transaction is finished. I had to resist the ghetto urge to pull that weave right out.
Perhaps not all Popeyes are cut from the same cloth. but I’m not going to find out first hand
Conclusion — I don’t love that chicken from Popeyes
