Raymour and Flanigan Furniture

I came to this store to buy 2 beds, an entertainment system, dining table and other items the sales person was helpful but my main concern was about the delivery service. He said the delivery people provide white glove service and they are very attentive and will help you setup your furniture. I placed my order and i finally got my delivery. This is where I am very dissatisfied with Raymor and Flanigan. The Delivery people do bring the stuff inside but honestly customer service is NOT something they provide. You feel like they are doing you a favor by bringing you the furniture that you paid for and hardly ask questions or ask you to check the furniture like the guy at the store. You have to do that and try to catch any problems but they don’t ask you to check for anything so it is easy to forget. The furniture is fine but I think the delivery people are probably overworked and could care less about the customer satisfaction once a sale was done at the showroom. I like the furniture but my experience with customer service was disappointing after spending almost 7K on my furniture.
