Sleepy’s

I needed a new mattress and i came to this location because it was a quick bus ride away and my boyfriend works driving not far from this area and i wanted him to come try the mattress with me. Robert was very helpful. I simply told him that I didn’t have a lot of money to spend because I was replacing a mattress that i had previously bought elsewhere and that I wasted my money buying that one. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive mattress nor did he try to sell me any other products like others have stated here. I wound up having to return the next day because my boyfriend was too busy to come try the mattress and that was very important to me because he is a very big guy and I needed to make sure we would both be comfortable on the bed. Robert told me he would not be in the next day but that Dean would be there. The next day Dean was in the store and there was no problem with me changing my mind on the mattress that I had previously put a deposit on. he let us take our time checking all the the mattresses and didn’t hover over us or try to get us to buy what he thought was best. he was helpful, looked up things when he wasn’t sure and was able to set up the delivery for the next day. My delivery came the next day, on time and I am very happy. Kudos to you!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Buyers Beware!
I came to this location in search of a bed, I am a recent graduate and wanted to invest in my very first bed! Dean at this location, was very nice and welcoming and provided me with the peace of mind «at first» that he would take great care of me, even giving me the hopes of free delivery and installation if I upgraded my order! on my way out he somewhat went over the cost but instead of giving me a discount he over charged me by added things to my order that I did not consent to purchasing! Such as he told me that I qualified for a free pillow and when I got home to look at the receipt it was an additional $ 69.99, delivery was $ 99.99 and am added bed cover was $ 59.80!!! I don’t mind paying for something I want however I do not like to be tricked into something under the impression that it is free!!! I feel cheated and do not recommend shopping here! Save your money, and your time or get slithered up and suckered by the Snakes of Sleepy’s!
