I’m writing this for a lady who was waiting at the airport for someone to come out and serve her. I was watching on the webcam above the kitchen area of The Grove(its online). She waited for five minutes at least and no one came out to serve her. I believe it would still be open because the gate is still up. Poor lady. I give The Grove a 3…

As far as smoothies go, the one I had was fine. I was promptly helped by the slightly tired looking zombie-esque worker, but I was feeling and looking worse than they were due to the traveling I had been doing, so no biggie. :) I unfortunately read Don’s Health Board comment AFTER I had ordered, so each slurp of the smoothie brought me one step closer to my own mortality and took my mind off the long layover, so I guess that’s a plus. That being said, I can happily report that I felt fine after my smoothie and had no ill effects except a pretty good sugar buzz.

Just wanted to warn you that this place got a C rating from the Health Board. A «C»!!! For a juice/smoothie/Red Mango/Smoothie King store. Just wondering what the hell they failed to do to earn a C? Wish that I had seen the C before I ordered and paid. The rating on high above eye level on the wall next to the cashier. If I hadn’t looked up, I wouldn’t have noticed it at all.

Their high prices(even for the airport), is what’s keeping me from giving them a higher rating. For you health conscious travelers though, this place will definitely appease you. You have 4 «zones» where your health options include: — Smoothies & Juices with vitamin boosters — Nuts and dried fruit snacks — Various gelato flavors(in 2 or 3 scoop variety — Already bottled drinks(both healthy and regular varieties) Still though, Grove is more of a once in awhile type place to visit, rather than being a frequenter(health conscious or not).
